Very good quality and looks nice

I returned this purse because it was a little small for my needs on my current trip. It looked very nice and was high quality. I was even tempted to keep it for daily use since it is the size of purse I like to carry every day. However, I had to buy another purse to replace it.

CLASSIC AND WELL MADE

Well made. I didn’t purchase because of its anti theft features, I just liked the look, style and reviews. I am very happy with the purse and really just like the style and color. It looks classic and it will last a long time because it’s so well made.

Great for travel

I took this on my first international trip and I felt safe with my money and phone in it. I was able to hold my passport wallet in it, phone, and hand wipes. And smaller pockets to hold like keys, chapsticks or any smaller items. And the inner zipper pocket for valuable things. Glad I purchase this one.

Nice Bag! My strap was made a little differt than the one in the promotional photo

I purchased this bag for events like concerts where there are a lot of people in close proximity to you and you don’t want to have to worry about your purse the whole time. Size wise it holds my phone, my wallet, my husbands wallet, keys, chapstick, a comb or small brush and a couple of small make up items. It is not a large purse but it is the perfect size for carrying your essentials and a couple other items. The purse feels well made and heavy duty with nice secure stitching. I do feel more secure carrying it than if I just had a regular crossbody purse. I cannot however attest to how well it will perform security wise since I have not had anyone try to either slash or remove it without my knowing. The strap is made a little different than in the manufacturer photo. I read in another review where the individual felt that this new design was missing the security wire. I can attest that the security wire is indeed there. In this newer design it appears to be sewn along the edge of the strap itself instead of down the middle. In a photo you can see that there are two seems sewn on each side of the strap and if you look closely you can see (you can also feel it too) that on one side of the the seem it is a little larger than the other side. The wire has been sewn into one side of the strap and that has made it slightly larger than the seem on the other side. Also it is not super easy to disconnect the strap from the purse because they created a mechanism that would make it very difficult for a purse snatcher/pick pocket to undo on the sly, but the bags owner can simply undo it and then fasten it to something secure so it can’t be “snatched”. Overall I do really like the bag it has a nice lining and extra pockets on each side.

Not amazing. Not even close.

The color is nice. It does have a locking zipper for the main compartment. And the tiny flashlight that hangs on the inside is a nice touch for searching for stuff when it’s dark. But I’m really underwhelmed for what this purse costs. Here are my disappointments with it. Although it looks like a decent size on the outside it is t nearly as roomy as you’d expect. The pockets sewn into the lining hang in the way of placing your wallet and phone or other items of any size. Making it not a quick task to place things in and out. The locking zipper is sort of awkward to use. You’ll need to practice it a few times or else your going to be standing in a line someplace and people are gonna be waiting for you to figure out your purse situation. On the outside pocket on the back there’s no magnet or velcro so don’t put much in there it’s likely to roll out if you lay the purse down. The photos make the purse look larger than it really is. Don’t expect to get more than a comb, a chapstick and a few very tiny items in it along with a very minimal sized wallet. Also the way the strap is sewn on is awkward. It makes the purse hang weirdly to me. This might just be my preferences but I only use crossbody bags and purses so I have way cheaper bags that sit nicer on the body than this one does. I expected more from a company that advertises this as a travelers specific purse. I won’t purchase another from this brand. I think Kavu is a much nicer product.

Perfect everyday travel purse

I purchased this purse 6 months ago and have been using it and loving it every day since. It's the perfect size and shape for everything from a casual walk on the beach to a more trendy dinner out. I removed the Travelon logo to leave just a nice neutral brown leather piece on the front of the bag (although you could easily remove that as well if you prefer). The exterior zip pocket is just right for keeping quick access items like bus tickets and coins. I use the exterior non-zipped pocket to hold a couple face masks so they are easy to get to when we walk inside a building where masks are required. The interior RFID blocking pocket holds my slim wallet with ID, cards, and bills as well as a USB and a couple emergency tampons/liners. Two non-zip interior pockets are sized for small hand sanitizers, lotion, chaptstick, gum, nail clippers, mini pen, flashlight, and a pill pack. The interior body of the purse has plenty of room for my cell phone, keys, electrolyte powder, tissues, and eye drops. After 6 months of non-stop use, this fantastic purse shows no signs of wear and all of the zippers and other hardware are still working perfectly. The criss-cross anti-slash materials inside the fabric are visible as light grey lines, but as my husband says, it looks like it could just be part of the design. I would 100% recommend this purse to anyone looking for a non-bulky everyday bag with enough room for what you need and not too much room that you take extra things you really don't need. Looking forward to getting many more years of use out of this fantastic bag!

BEWARE - the strap is not slash resistant

For the most part, it is a nice bag. I take issue with the statement in the description that says the strap is slash-resistant and that it has a hidden steel rod. NOPE. The photo I have provided shows the strap is different than the vendor posts - note there is no stitching down the middle of my strap. My strap bends and twists and weighs absolutely nothing. There is no way there can be a hidden steel rod. Having said all that, I do like the bag and will use it...just not for travel.

Small Secure Crossbody Bag

This small bag holds my slimline wallet, sunglasses in a soft, flat case, iPhone Xr, battery pack, keys, passport, and a few items such as pens, a small mirror, and dental floss. When filled, the purse still looks neat and compact, which is what I prefer since I'm quite short. I bought it to take with me to France. The canvas strap is thick, so it couldn't be cut or slashed easily, and the safety clip on it and on the main zipper for the purse seems sturdy and just finicky enough to stop (or slow down) someone who isn't familiar with it). I took off the Travelon label as it looked kind of tacky (and advertised that I'm traveling). Once the purse wears a bit, I'm hoping that the space where the label was won't be obvious at all. I'm happy with the purchase and look forward to using the purse.

Perfect for elderly or larger women

Very impressed, being a larger woman was worried how long the strap was, or if it would fit probably at my side. It’s perfect, very well made. Lightweight, perfect for shopping. No more heavy purse to lug around. Love the locking zipper. Deep inside pockets, i slide a few dollars and change for grocery carts in one, my debit card in the other. In the zipper fits a bottle of pills my license and heath card. In middle my iphone in case, sunglasses, reading glasses in case. It’s perfect

Good quality

The fabric and stitching are of good quality. The strap is ok- it's made from same fabric as the bag, but the one side attaching it to the bag has no hook, so the strap tangles VERY easily and needs to be constantly adjusted. Plus, the adjustment part of the strap is on the front of the bag if it's worn on the right side. The bag itself is made well and the size is perfect. Fits a book, phone, wallet, keys and a bit more. RFD pocket should be way larger though.

Love this purse. Im very picky when it comes to purses and wallets. This was perfect for me and what i was looking for. I dont like anything too big for everything to get lost in. This was great for my wallet and pockets for my loose stuff so i can organize how I like. Quality material so will not tear or rip easily with wear. Easy to clean. Great for a mom on the go!
