Good product. It definitely helps to improve soreness compared to using a normal foam roller. Only bought one at first but now I want one for work and home. Would recommend.

Great for working muscles and pain management!!!!

After reading Tom Bradys Book TB12 Method I committed to buying this vibrating roller along with some workout bands. Ive always worked out with sand bags and yoga at my home and followed with a non-vibrating foam roller. Using the vibrating roller with excercise bands I have noticed an increase in range of motion and no longer have chronic shoulder pain I had. Highlfy recommend this product!!!!

Game changer, this really gets deep and with less pain compared to a normal roller. I roll my legs daily and this is so good. Would buy again and even pay more for this device.

Does its job

My feet especially enjoyed this but after a few month the charger no longer worked. Support offered up a link to a 3rd party charger on Amazon, which I purchased however, that item didn’t charge it. My roller is now vibration-free and my feet are sad.

Quit on me right at one year

This thing stopped working almost right at a year. It was great when it worked tho. I tried charging it up, it looked good to go. Then when I tried starting it nothing. After a few times of this I realized it wasn’t gonna cut on. Maybe it’s just me, but if I spend a decent amount of money on something, I expect it to last more than a year. If given a second go round, I’d shop eleswhere

Amazingly and Immediately Effective - You won't be disappointed!

This product is amazing. The last two vibration settings on here shook the whole house. This is a good thing because let's face it if you are seeking to buy this, your fascia requires this level of intensity! I'm only sad I didn't get this sooner. Suffering from tendonitis in my ankle, it took a couple of encounters with PT friends and yogis to highlight - despite my flexibility, I was inflexible in the IT band (between knee and foot) and muscles supporting the ankle (in feet, calves, shins) and who knows where else?!?!? I already have a multisetting vibrating roller from homemedics which I thought was amazing. But I realized I wasn't receiving the release (relief) I was seeking. This little product outstrips its effectiveness. I wouldn't waste my time elsewhere. As a bonus, It has an outlet adaptor to charge. I wound up with this partially because of it's advertised settings but mostly because I was looking for a unit that didn't eat batteries. This is well designed, petite, and powerful! Yes, I wrote this in less than 24 hrs after receiving this because, in my experience, the effectiveness of a chiropractic session, tension releasing method, or product is almost alway immediately effective and this fit the bill immediately. I will update with continued use over the weeks and advise if my recovery has hastened. Yeah!

Excellent - wish I'd found it sooner

This is brilliant, has helped me no end. Its cushioned so not too hard and excruciating to use. In fact as its vibrating you dont notice the pain as much when rolling out tight spots. Well worth the money. Much easier being rechargeable as well

So far so good!

With years of running, and maybe more so recently, my calves have been very tight. I'm stretching more, but the vibration and rolling combination really gives me additional relief, and allows me to target different sizes of my calf. The roller is very sturdy. I use my whole 115 lb (ha, I'm sure this is not representative for someone much taller and weight), but I do not feel there is any issue with sturdiness. In fact, it's been a slow progression for me to move to the floor on a mat, because my body weight was just too harsh on my muscles. I was using this on my couch for the first couple of weeks. So far, I do recommend, but can't quite do the back stretches I see online because I believe the roller is still too thick for it to feel comfortable for someone my size, but use on my legs have provided a lot of relief so far, and allows me to target different sides of the muscles.

Was an excellent device until it stopped working

I have been using this foam roller for three years or more, which has really helped with my recovery, and I am grateful to have such a fantastic tool like this in my life to maintain fitness! However, recently it seems the device just stopped working. Suddenly, a motor inside is disconnected. So now it sounds like there is a ball inside the foam roller which is moving around. I believe this makes the foam roller vibrate, so now the foam roller isn't vibrating.
