Straps backwards?

Why are the straps backwards from a typical bra? The hooks to remove and criss-cross the straps and the adjusters are in the front not the back. I find this very strange at first I thought it was defective and they accidentally sewed it on backwards but if you look at the pictures of the product that’s how it’s made. ????

Too Big Around

I've bought dozens of True and Co bras and wear mediums in all of them. I was excited to see one with an adjustable back and straps because the bras stretch out so fast, and they could be tightened up as they stretch out. But the medium on the tightest back hook was quite a bit too big around. I tried the small, and it fit around but was too small in the cups. No way I'm a DD or DDD, so the full cup option wouldn't likely work either.

Bra straps

This bra is super comfortable but the straps slide down all day
