Repeat failures on TRUE 885491 latex cord
I purchased 4 of these and have already returned one. I replaced the defective one and now have another one that has failed (dried up/cracked/failed). Does the manufacturer know of issues with their product. At one bakery the latex cord has worked beautifully. Now nothing but failures. The refrigeration cases will not stay closed without a cord.
