These run small

I feel packed in because they run small so definitely size up. These are your typical workout shorts material. They are quite short as well.

I went according to the size chart. I should fit an XS, but my gut was saying ‘SIZE UP’. My gut was correct. These have a bit of stretch, but do run small. If you are a curvy girl (I’m not), definitely size up if you have some booty. Mine is pretty flat. Or hips and booty. I can get these on, but they aren’t super comfortable like they should be, and gimme a small amount of muffin top. I look squeezed up.. kind of like a sausage ???? . Isn’t the most attractive look. Guess, we live & learn, but in the right size, they’d be terrific. But they are beautiful & appear to be wonderfully made, so in the right size, I do recommend them. The chart needs to be updated. If you have like a 23-25 inch waist, maybe an xs will be your friend, but 26 and 27 DEFINITELY buy size small. Maybe even at 25. That’s even a little ify. Again, curvy girls, for sure go up ⬆️ at least one size. They are a bit pricey for a pair of shorts, but they also are a name brand. If mine fit right, I could do my workouts wonderfully in them. Unfortunately, they’re just too snug. Might give them to my pencil thin, small waisted, teen daughter. Shame, as they looked perfect for the gym & for pole dancing at home :(. I DO recommend these based on looks, style & quality, but they run a tad high in price, and small in size. I take a 25 in jeans, or a 0 or 1 due to my small behind in most pants. If the particular brand of pants run small, max a 3, but not usually. I do like the logo on the band of these shorts. They are very cute, but I can’t wear this size in a ‘body complimentary’ way. Good workout shorts

This pair of TYR shorts is light with good fit, comfortable and dry quickly. Also good for wearing at night to sleep on in hot weather.

Runs a little small and short!

These spandex are super cute. As a swimmer, I love TYR and was excited to see work out clothes from them. These are definitely pretty short and they are a little tighter than normal. They are a nice thick material and I am not getting lines underneath. Overall happy with these. Just a little tight on the seams and not as stretchy as I hoped.

Very cute and flattering shorts. They are SHORT as described and very tight fit.

This shorts are so cute and well made. TYR is an American brand, but product is made in China, which is not a surprise anymore. Material looks durable and stretches good, it is either too thick or thin, good enough to be squad proof, and I find they feel soft to the skin. Fabric is breathable and feels fresh, as mentioned, it dries quickly, which is something I appreciate a lot when working out because I sweat a lot. I find them true to size, they are skin tight. Very tight but they do not feel uncomfortable to do any sort of workout. Actually, even for yoga or Pilates they feel good. I do not understand how is that a lot of people are complaining on how short they are, because that is shown in the description. Is even part of the title. They are supposed to be short with minimal coverage. I think they offer great fitting. They are flattering. Mid rise shorts offer good tummy control and they shape the booty very well. What would be the reason to remove a star would be that between the legs it can be too tight. Too much. I wear them with a liner and it makes the difference but I understand how it can be a little bit uncomfortable. Price wise, they have the same range as Gymshark, Lululemon, Nike and others. Nowadays we have so many options that offer similar quality for a more affordable price, that yes, they are a little bit overpriced. but i cannot say they are out of place either. I like this shorts. I like how they feel when I am working out with them.

IF YOU WANA FIT- YOU *HAVE TO* ORDER 1 OR +2 SIZES BIGGER THAN YOUR REG SIZE.. THEY RUN VERY SMALL!!

My first initial thought when I opened up my shorts-- was that they are SO super cute!!!! BUT THEN, right after that- I quickly noticed how SMALL and PETITE these shorts actually are.. I Ordered an Adult/ Women's size LARGE (based on their size chart they had listed on one of their pictures in the description) - But, while holding them up to check out and compare by my eyes.... I honestly am thinking now that these very well might be a Size 'L' in youth size.. because by the looks of them- that would be the only thing that would actually make a little bit of sense, at this point. Because they are no where near an Actual large. (Or no where near being close to the measurements they had listed in description, either.) So, over- all this has been a really big let down .. I'm seriously super BUMMED out about this whole shorts thing now. The only thing I can hope for now is to be able to order the same shorts- and cross my fingers that they might have 2+ sizes bigger than LARGE.. Also- something important that i just wanted to be sure to point out real quick- is that these shorts were literally ON-POINT with the actual design and the fabric on these shorts !! The color and letters And layout of the shorts were super cute and stylish!! IF they would have only just fit true to size they would have honestly been close to perfect..!!

Sizing is good, good quality

Good quality for a volleyball-type short. A little too short for working out (running, weight lifting, etc) for my personal comfort, but I know a lot of women that wear even shorter and are comfortable in it so if that's you, these would work just fine. The sizing is just right, and the quality seems good too. We have a more expensive pair of Mizuno's that are constantly shedding threads that I'm snipping every time they are worn, but we haven't had any issues with these at all, even after several washes. 10/10 would recommend!
