NOT a booster pad!

This has a backer layer so urine will NOT flow thru to the diaper. Would be great as a panty liner, tho. Good points: very long, full adhesive, very absorbent, soft.

Has a plastic backing

Not sure how this works inside a diaper since it has a plastic backing that cannot be removed. Seems like this is more for regular underwear…

Not as described

This is described as a flow through booster pad. It’s not. It has a completely waterproof plastic back, and does not allow any fluid through to an outer adult diaper.

These are much longer than expected. They are very absorbent and work very well.

NOT A BOOSTER PAD!

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. These are just average quality inserts to go in underwear. Booster pads are supposed to be "flow through" so they actually BOOST the amount the amount of liquid that can be absorbed. These actually block the diaper's ability to absorb anything at all and then it just overflows. Very irritated with seller's false advertising.

These don’t work for us

It seems like these will only be effective for tiny leaks. They certainly don’t hold a night time’s worth of pee.

Buyer beware! Not a booster pad these have plastic backings so not “flow through” pad

Product misrepresented in description!

If you are looking for a booster to go inside an diaper to be a “booster”, then DON”T BUY THIS! A booster is supposed to flow thru to the diaper! The description clearly says, “ Flow-Through Performance. Quickly absorbs liquid and then passes additional fluids to the adult protective underwear. Changing the booster pad keeps skin more comfortable and extends use of the protective underwear.” Tell me how this is possible when there is a plastic underside where the adhesive (what there is of it… only a very thin strip!), attaches the “booster” to the diaper! I WASTED MY MONEY AND TIME TO GET A PRODUCT I NEEDED FOR MY HUSBAND’S CARE! These DO NOT WORK!!! Even as a liner, it would be substandard and leaky! Had to use several while I waited to get the LivDry Booster Pads I normally use delivered to us. I was trying to find a less expensive booster and this is NOT it! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON”T BUY THESE! Cheap, Chinese, with totally incorrect description!

Works for absorption & prevents leaks however does not bleed through in to diaper as advertised, great for stand alone use thou
