Be careful with sizing
I'm normally a size 8.5/9 and while the foot portion of this brace was good size-wise, I struggled getting the velcro around my calf. It was more difficult to use this brace because it has to be lined up properly in order to properly use the compression function. My suggestion is they make the liner a bit roomier since you're going to be inflating it to fit and compress the injury anyway.

Comfortable and durable
I am a healthcare provider, so I see numerous walking boots like this daily. While working in my clinic for six weeks, many of the patients come in and on how nice and comfortable mine looked compared to theirs. Mine was also several hundred dollars cheaper than what people were paying at the Orthopaedic clinic. Because of my job, I walk 5 to 8 miles every day, and this boot held up beautifully. I would still recommend an even up for the other shoe to level your pelvis, but I would highly recommend this boot. Several of my patients went out and bought this through Amazon after seeing mine.

Excellent affordable cast boot
Very stable with rocker bottom. Used while recovering from a broken ankle. Didn't use the air pump feature so can't comment. The adjustable toe guard on the front is a great feature. Liner machine washed with no issues. Definitely recommended.

Medical grade
There’s no way one can say these are comfortable or beautiful - BUT when you need one, there’s no substitute! My foot surgeon recommended this. I have had one before that cost hundreds of dollars and this one was EXACTLY like the super expensive one - I see no difference at all! Delivered FAST and in brand new condition. Highly recommend this!

Good but flaws
I ordered this boot last month and I already have a huge chunk of rubber missing from the bottom which is limiting the traction it has. My last boot lasted me two years before needing to be replaced. The air pump has also gradually been leaking air. Will be going back to my old boot.

my 5th boot and this is by far the best to stabilize my fracture, high grade sprain and OCD lesion
I have tried 5 boots. Most of them allowed movement in my ankle regardless of the bladder insert. I finally bought this boot. IT IS AMAZING. My ankle is completely immobilized but I can still walk and do what I need to do in this boot to continue living :) It is pretty light weight considering how sturdy it is. It is also very comfortable. It is well worth the money and was pretty on point compared to what all the other boots costs that I previously purchased.

Hold up and protects
Way cheaper than my local medical supply place cox health. It wasn't as nice and comfortable or protective as the $250 dollar one. but for its price it worked really well. I have a physically demanding job and it proved it self quite well holding up and protecting my foot and toes. I had to wear it for 2 months and I would definitely recommend it. Way more economical than $250.

Make sure you get the right size!!! The listing is not correct.
After breaking my ankle and being in a cast for 6 weeks, I was looking forward to getting an airboot so I could at least walk (in a fashion) until I'm fully healed. Based on reviews, I saw the United Ortho as perhaps my best bet for a boot. I ordered it long before I needed it (as its coming up to Christmas) and really pleased with the packing and delivery. Once I got my cast off I went to put on the boot. It was tight, I mean there was no way I could put my foot in it. I had to take off the toe guard. I then started to look to see if I had done something wrong, maybe I'm putting the boot on wrong, check the instructions and lo and behold, I have the wrong size!!! According to the Amazon listing, for a Size 12.5 I needed a Large but the instructions for the boot state that anything over 12 needs to be an XL. It is now 3 days before Christmas, there is no point me trying to get another boot the right size, as in a week or so I should be out of the boot and walking as normal as possible. Very disappointed, I think this could have been avoided quite easily by the sellers. I hope by adding a pic of the foot sizes on the instructions will help future buyers make the correct choice, or at least reach out and ask (Who know, maybe the sellers will alter the listing) As for the boot itself, even though I have the toe guard off and struggle to wrap the inner, it is well made. For post-surgery, it is great. I have torn tendons and ligaments, 3 major fractures, a couple of minor ones, and 6 weeks after the surgery, wearing to boot gives me a level of confidence that I needed

Expensive, but worth it
Broke my toe during lockdown, now I’ve used it for five weeks. Helps me get around while protecting my toe. Sturdy, comfortable, easy to hand clean and durable pump. I couldn’t have looked after my kids nearly as well without this boot.

Size 9 women's = Size S
I wear a women's size 9, and with this particular United Ortho boot that translates to a size S. In other styles a 9 is a M. My ankle is torn and I find this very comfortable, fits over a wide calf and has excellent support. I love the lip edge around the front, which protects toes from being bumped and also prevents the Velcro straps from squishing/flattening the top of my foot. Two day service just when I really needed it!

Fits Perfectly!
I fractured my ankle and needed a boot quickly. I wear a size 7.5 women's shoe or 8 in men's. I wasn't sure which size to get and decided to go with the small. It fits perfectly and is super comfortable and my ankle instantly started to feel better. I ordered at 1:47am Saturday morning and received it at 1:15pm Saturday afternoon! It came with 3 small pads for extra padding if needed and the air pump fills in the gaps around my ankle. Most boots were between $120 to $200 and some I had to wait a couple of days for it to arrive. This was $75 with tax $84 and I got it within 12 hours. Thank you Amazon!

Calidad Excelente , solo checa bien que talla.
Debo mencionar que la calidad de la bota es excelente , el material , sus acabados y la protección con la que cuenta , el único problema es que la tabla que trae aquí es errónea mi primer compra tú por una talla chica o cómo marca aquí pequeña para una talla 4 de mujer en méxico y pues no le quedo tuve que adquirí otra ya fue por un tamaño mediano entonces si estás en busca de una talla 4 yo te recomiendo talla mediana si estás en busca de una talla 3 talla chica o pequeña que también eso es confuso en su tabla por qué a la chica le cupo en pequeña y ala extra chica le ponen “s” y si eres menos de talla 3 si vete por la extra chica . Por lo demás si la recomiendo. Has preguntas sobre las tallas antes.
