Not a true 11x15

I am not sure if they measure Jelly pans different than other types of pans but this pan is not 11x15. It might just be that I have not used a jelly pan before and they are smaller than the size stated. The pan itself is great the non stick works really well and seems like a well built pan just was not the size I needed.

Perfect Pan

This is a strong, sturdy, heavy constructed pan. Not a thin and flimsy pan that won't last and burns the bottom of your cake. Love it!!

Measurements are not accurate.

Even though this is a good quality pan and it's well made, I had to give it a lower rating simply because the measurements weren't accurate in the description. The jelly roll pan was listed as being 15x 10 x 1 and the label on the package says it's 14-1/4 x 9-3/8 x 1. I specifically needed the 15x 10 x 1 so I had to order the Kitchen Aid brand which was exact. I will keep this pan since it may come in handy in the future, and it's too much of a hassle to ship back, but when following a recipe it's not a good idea to change pan sizes when a recipe calls for a certain size. With the height only being 1 inch adding more can cause the contents to spill over while baking creating a big mess and an undesirable result. And if I'm going to go through that much trouble to make something I don't want to waste time and ingredients. Sorry for the long rant, but as I said the pan is a good quality and if the measurements aren't a big concern for someone else's situation, then by all means make the purchase.

Absolutely the Best

One of my first USA pans. Used it over 10 year for everthing including roasting vegetables, meats fish, baking cakes and bread. Tried many others, but non came even close in terms of nonstick, even cooking, easy to clean and durability. Pan is still as good as new. Bought another last week to replace one that I through out being another brand. I will only buy USA pans from now on. Most highly recomend!

Brilliant

I was sick of buying cheaper pans and other well known brands for the oven and having them scratch and go rusty in the dishwasher. These pans are fantastic, easy to clean, non stick and non scratch and it looks good as new even after many uses!
