FANTASTIC!

This pan was just what I was looking for! Very heavy, well made, easy to clean and perfect size for appetizers, or mini bread loaves for finger sandwiches.

LOVE this pan!!

Pan is heavier than it looks & that makes it bake very evenly. This is homemade sourdough rye cocktail bread. Sprayed the pan lightly with non-stick spray and it slipped out of the pan as soon as I turned it on its side. If I get more, Because of the narrowness, it does want to tip slightly if put into the oven the same directions as the rungs on the oven rack. This wasn't a problem since I was baking just the one loaf and I had it running perpendicular, but if you are planning to bake multiple loaves at once, you might want to put the loaves on a sheet pan for easier movement & no tipping

Heavy durable pan

I bought this pan to try my hand at making homemade cocktail bread. It is a very heavy and durable pan. The brad popped right out with no sticking and cleanup was a breeze. I’ll be making my own cocktail bread from now on rather than buying it. I love this pan!

It works

At the end of the day, the recipe, and buttered parchment, are the key to any pan. I prefer this long, slim design for smaller pieces of banana bread.

Which recipes work?

The pans are substantial but there isn't a recipe for their use. Does it take a standard 1 lb. loaf recipe or 1.5 lb or.2 lbs. recipe? I'd also like recipes for varieties of breads. such as rye and pumpernickel, etc..

Poor Packing!

My first order the pans arrived without plastic covering so there were some scratches which i thought was still ok. This second order, still no plastic wrapping to protect the pans and even worse the pans are stacked together and stuck!! I’m not able to remove them!! Also missing the original product label that I think these are not new pans. Lots of scratches on sides of the top pan. The pans are heavy duty & good quality pans. Pity that such poor packing n causes pans to be damaged.
