Not bad for the price.
We take a lot of parts off, and they seem to be wearing fairly fast. But great for the price if you're a once in a while person.

Underrated product
They making removing those body panel clips a breeze. As well as not destroying them so you can reuse them. Well worth the money

Hinge feels smooth and tight. These feel like good quality, especially for the price.

Great quality tools
I got these mainly for removing my fasteners from my Toyota 4 Runner engine compartment to get access to the headlight assembly. After using these i realized I could have gotten by with just using a small flat head screwdriver. The tool that I got more use from is the one that's used for disconnecting electrical clips. Those seem to always be a pain to remove. The pliers are perfectly shaped to be able to get into those clips to depress them. Overall I think you can get by without having these if you're just a regular DIY'r, but they are nice to have when you need them.

Effective and resonably priced for a set of 3
Makes removing those plastic body panel push pins easier and reduces the likely hood you will break them. This set will remove the two common styles, those with the center locking pin and those that push in without a center locking pin. The 80 degree and 30-degree push pin pliers give you two options for the angle of attack to the pins. Basically, they let you have the handles of the pliers perpendicular or parallel to the surface the push pin is in. This is handy as access to the pins is sometimes limited or obstructed from some directions. These pliers are not a fool-proof method of removing the pins; some pins are stuck and it can be tricky to "pop" them. But they are vastly superior to trying to pop pins with a screwdriver and pull out with standard pliers. The panel clip pliers are very effective, allowing you to slip under the pin and pop it out with a squeeze of the handle. If you have ever removed those plastic body panel push pins before you know what a pain they can be. They are hard to remove and result in a number of broken pins. Overall, I've found this set to be a relatively low-cost and effective toolset that handles most push pin removal situations. They have resulted in faster removal and fewer broken push pins.

These tools pay for themselves quickly
I as a ford/Nissan tech in a dealership am thankful these even exist. If you are questioning whether or not you should spend the money on these, just give in a buy them because they pay off so quickly. Being flat rate I used to waste so much time on trying to wiggle these body clips out without damaging them. It's time consuming, frustrating, and almost impossible to do without these tools. I used to just break them and not look back and replace them later on. with these tools you can remove these pesky clips , not only can you reuse them but the time you can save on the job pays for itself and you can start working on your next job instead of digging through your toolbox to find the ones that will work as replacements. I give these tools quite a bit of abuse, they still work very well, I not only hold them to a high standard I can tell you they are built to last and I haven't had any complaints out of them so far.

Less cussing guaranteed.
Ever just buy a tool and wonder how you ever lived without it? I felt that way when I purchased my first set of Gear Wrench wrenches way back in 1997. I've purchased more Gear Wrench branded tools and I'm becoming a fan boy. There were times when I balked at the cost of some of the tool sets, and I still do. It's my biggest issue with the Gear Wrench brand. Anyway, I hate plastic automotive fasteners. The push-pin rivets, the pine trees, and whatever else they can think up. I hate removing them mostly. Why? Because no matter what I try, they get junked up. Well, not all of them, but enough to irritate. I've even used the small prying tool, but at least one will look like the dog chewed it afterward. Enter this set. I used it on a few plastic fasteners on my car just recently. Sure, I felt ridiculous having a tool for something like this, but wow. I was able to remove two different types without damage--multiple times. If you fall into the same boat as I do, I can't recommend these enough. You'll thank yourself.

Better value, same quality
This set alone was the price of only getting 1 of them off the tool truck. They're similar, if not the same as well.

These tools would have been perfect if they made the grasping tips thinner and sharper
Works really well for removing the stubborn body clips. I own a Honda Accord and have use these tools numerous times to take off the body clips on the bumper. These tools would have been perfect if they made the grasping tips thinner and sharper. I find that you sometimes need to use another tool (like a pick or a flathead screw driver) to help lift the head of the clips enough so the tool can grab it and pull. I have destroyed many clips because the tool was a bit too blunt to get a proper grasp. -1 star because of this.

Excellent set.
They are the exact same as the ones sold by Matco but cheaper! Gearwrench and Matco get many of their tools from Danaher Corp. I work in a dealership and everyone I work with has a set. I use the 30* pliers almost on a daily basis. Must have. Highly recommend. Note: Matco sells the 30* pliers for $30 on its own.

Great Tool
I have tried many clip removers and these are by far the best yet, especially on Honda clips. A little pricey, but they work great. I am a licensed tech that does this daily..

The right tool for the job.
I wish i knew of these earlier, the push pin removal pilers work well. With these pliers in hand I now actually prefer this style fastener. The panel pliers work, they are not a huge improvement over the pry type.
