Great Pans

Love the Wilton 4 pack of pans - i ordered two sets and think I’ll be buying my 3rd set soon. I make cakes for events. My cakes always come out great, I butter and parchment line the bottom of each pan. Cakes bake well, never had any issues! I will note - you should Hand Wash these pans, I ran one through dishwasher and it got discolored, it still bakes fine but it’s no longer that nice aluminum color. Overall great pans!!

Good pans I’d say definitely if you bake etc they work, just careful when cleaning they’re aluminum and if you or someone clean them wrong it can leave marks and such it’s not like some pans with a non stick coating. But other than that which isn’t a product issue they’re good and have worked for us.

A must have for any cake baker!

I have two sets of these pans which makes baking multiple layers for a tiered cake much easier. These pans are much deeper than your run of the mill store bought ones. They allow for much bigger cakes and of course many more layers. They are not non-stick which is fine. Nothing a little parchment, butter and flour, baking spray won't take care of. You really just have to find out what works best for you and your recipes. I have never had an issue getting a cake out of these. They are aluminum which makes them super light (So awesome when you're pulling that 12" one out of the oven) My only note here is make sure you handle them with care, because they will dent. Still, even if they do your cakes will turn out just fine. I would recommend these to anyone...a novice baker to an expert. For those who say their cakes are baking unevenly, it is not these pans....it's your ovens honey. You may need to rotate your cakes mid bake to prevent this. The easiest way to figure out if your oven is cooking evenly is to bake up a pan of biscuits or croissants. You can even put toast right on the racks. Once it's all cooked up, pull them out and check for even browning. This grid will definitely point out which parts of your oven are cooking faster than others and you can adjust your baking accordingly. Happy Baking!

I have decided to make my sons wedding cake and at time of writing I have completed two layers of each with just the six inch remaining. Brilliant. Used a cake nail and wet tea cloth around larger to ensure cook... great tins perfect results
