Solid

It's very solid and well-made for the price. Though it was pretty easy to figure out, the absence of any assembly instructions was surprising.

Installation is challenging; Quality is average

I bought two of these for my two bathrooms. With the price point, I'd expect a high quality product. When I receive the package, one of the three rods on the top shelf came loose. I had to squeeze the two ends to make sure the rod doesn't come off when installed. The unit doesn't feel solid or heavy, but rather light and made with cheap metal. Now the tough part - installation. I wish it comes with a template for the holes where you drill. It's a bit tough to fit in the anchor. You need to be careful not to enlarge the holes when inserting the anchor. After inserting about 90% of the anchor, I used a flat tip screwdriver to push the anchor in little by little. Be patient in this step, otherwise, you could end up with a damaged wall. Once all the anchors are in, then the rest is easy. The WingIts anchor is indeed very sturdy and secure. All in all, I'd say the product is about average. I feel like I'd pay about half of the price listed on Amazon as the reasonable price.
