Stay upright!!!

I was a little skeptical when they first arrived, but after putting them on and taking them for a test drive I was amazed, no slips, no sliding, just good old fashion foot control on a sheet of driveway ice...strongly recommend these for guys who like to climb snow pack hills in search of that elusive 10pt trophy buck..great by for the money..you'll love them once you figure out how to get them on hahash

Don’t take chances walking on ice without these

These work as advertised. The carbide spikes dig into ice for traction. They give you confidence on surfaces that would normally give you pause and best of all, they prevent you from potentially nasty injuries. Get a pair just in case!

Yaktrax - w/spikes

I felt compelled to write a review on this item. No matter how frozen the path I walk on was this winter I was able to navigate it without much trouble having this item over my Columbus hiking boots. I wouldn't recommend it on pure ice w/no tractions the spikes can only do so much for you.

Great traction

These were a lifesaver! Quick to put on, easy to carry when not wearing, and comfortable for short distance! I had to put them on at mile 8 of a half marathon to go downhill in icy, slushy, snowy conditions!

No more slipping while walking Dog

I waited to see how these worked. I live in Michigan and on roads not plowed often so a lot of ice builds up and no sidewalks in neighborhood. I had quit walking my dog in the winter till I got these. They fit my Merrill walking boots perfect. I did have to older a second pair up a size for my heavy snow boots though. Size up if big boots but true to size for shoes and hiking/walking boots.

Perfect to winter dog walking!

Had to find something that enabled me to walk my dog on icy sidewalks during this transition from winter to spring, when the snow melts during the day and leaves all the sidewalks icy at night. These work perfect! I can confidently walk in any patch of ice as if on dry pavement.

I use these for daily winter walks over ice ridden sidewalks. I was never scared or slipping, and the nubs didn't wear out.

You don’t slip on ice with these!

I like the confidence that they give me to walk on snow and ice! I had some difficulty keeping the left one on my boot, but finally managed to get it just right. I had to size up from what their chart recommended. My boots are a size 9, and I had to use the large.

I was looking for ones with two fasteners but these work well, fit boots well and no worries about losing then like ones that do not fasten.

L/XL is very tight on a sz 12 hiking boot. I doubt they would fit on a snow boot.
