Not very sturdy

It fits the space perfectly, but it's a bit flimsy. I would spend a bit more for something more durable.

A little wobbly but looks great!

The media could not be loaded. Seemed like a little much to pay for a shoe rack, but I wanted a very particular style and size so I decided to splurge. The rack itself was super easy to put together — took me 5-10 mins. It does wobble if you push on it but it’s sturdy enough for what I need. Easily fits 3 pairs of mens 9-10 shoes on each shelf. For the price, I would expect something a little sturdier, but it serves its purpose and looks great in my closet!

Perfect space saver

I bought this hoping to save a bit of space and it actually holds more shoes than my larger, clunkier previous shoe rack. Super easy to assemble too.

It’s nice but not worth it

I love the look and the quality of it all but I wish the shelf wasn’t so hard to screw on. I did put this together too fast but I don’t know. It’s very wobbly I don’t know why. However it’s nice.

Good Design

After months of looking for shoe storage options for my entryway, I decided to splurge on this Yamazaki shoe rack. I love other Yamasaki products and Japanese design is great for small spaces. This shoe rack was incredibly easy to assemble. I used an electric screwdriver, which greatly sped up the assembly process. The screws are nice and tight, and my rack is fairly sturdy. I would not describe as "wobby" as other reviewers have mentioned. A smaller screwdriver to attach the top wooden shelf is recommended (I had to angle my screwdriver from above). The width spacing of the bars are good for my women's size 7 shoes, but also fit my boyfriends's larger shoes. On each level, I can comfortably display 3 pairs of sneakers, or squeeze 4 pairs of sandals. I like the wooden top shelf for decor or additional storage. The wooden top makes it easy to dress the space up and add a piece of art above it.

Super cute!

So though this shoe organizer is pretty pricey (in my own little opinion), the product is great and I do recommend it. It is sturdy and all of the materials are good quality, though nothing fancy. I like the simplistic but cute look of it. I do wish that it had come with more hooks (I’ll probably just end up ordering a couple myself but still) and I wish there was a bit more space between the shelves so that I didn’t have to scrunch my shoes in so much BUT my overall rating for it is great! but could be slightly improved. If it wasn’t for the tight spacing and priciness then I would give it a full 5 stars. I honestly would give it 4 1/2 with the scrunching but that is not an option.

Great design but the height makes it a little wobbly

We are very pleased with the purchase. We haven't loaded it completely with shoes yet, but my guess is once it is, it will be a little more sturdy. The design and materials were well packaged and it was a breeze to assemble. Very pleased with the design!

Functional but not great quality

I bought this shoe rack after reading a review on wire cutter. I felt it was a bit overpriced for the quality. The top wood piece is basically impossible to get screwed on level. It is compact but that has some downsizes. 3 pairs of women’s shoes will fit per shelf but 3 pairs of men’s shoes are too wide for a shelf. The racks are too close together for boots to fit. Also, keep in mind that each shelf is just two rods, so kids shoes below a size 11 or so will be too small to fit on the rods.

Déception

great product - very frustrated with shipping

1 star - Had to order this 3 times in order to get a product that wasn't damaged on arrival. The last delivery was via purolator and after one delivery attempt we had to drive to another city to pick it up from a retail location. Really frustrated with the shipping. 4 stars - the product is great. Looks sleek and provides lots of storage...on average, 3 pairs per level. Not 5 stars because it's a little wobbly.

etwas instabil

In sich leider etwas instabil (schwankt bei einem Gegenstoß rechts / links). Ansonsten tut es, was es soll. Drängt sich im Raum optisch nicht auf und man bekommt viele Schuhpaare unter. Pflegeleichtes Produkt. Kleinere Kinderschuhe rutschen noch durch (ab Gr. 27 geht es). Große Größen von Schuhen (Gr. 47) lassen sich gut abstellen. Die Haken, die sich an der Seite anbringen lassen (und mitgeliefert werden), sind leider aus Plastik und dadurch nicht sehr stabil und sehen auch nicht sehr wertig aus.

Gute Optik und Qualität

Laut Verpackung designed in Japan, hergestellt in Taiwan – und merklich hochwertiger, als der viele China-Schrott, der sonst aktuell Amazon flutet. Der Aufbau geht wirlich leicht und schnell von der Hand und die einzelnen Komponenten sind ordentlich verarbeitet. Das gilt insbesondere für das Brett, das oben den Abschluss bildet. Auch die Verpackung ist durchdacht und gut, so dass das Risiko von Kerben etc. stark minimiert ist. Einziger Knackpunkt: Wirklich stabil ist das Regal nicht. Es fällt nicht um, wenn man ein Paar Schuhe herausnimmt, aber es wackelt durchaus ein bisschen. Wer kann (und z.B. keine Sockelleiste im Weg hat), dem sei geraten, es an der Wand zu befestigen. Aber das ist kein Mangel an sich.
