Incomplete information and missing part

The item appears to be well built but it came with an o-ring with no instructions where to use it and there was no plug for the water fill hole.

Good quality

And good value! I like that I can make it as heavy as I need, and the height covering the umbrella pole and second screw makes it less prone to blow over.

Don't buy if you plan on filling with sand!

Nice large 20" diameter for stability. Multiple size bushings for assorted umbrella shafts. My wife and I spent an hour trying to funnel sand through the small fill hole. Only got it half full. Should have a fill hole 1 1/2" or 2" diameter. Poorly thought-out by manufacturer. Not sure how stable it will be without full compliment of sand. Consider small pea gravel.

Best outdoor umbrella holder

I have wasted money on so many umbrella holders, the pole never fits in holder and it wiggles around. This holder has different couplings for the size of your umbrella pole. Excellent purchase

These are NOT fade resistant!

I bought two of these umbrellas especially because they said that they wear fade resistant. These umbrellas are not fade resistant in no way shape or form. I had them up for a couple of months and they look like they're faded and the top plastic piece is cracked. We take very good care of them they are put away in a shed for the winter and we don't always take them out when we're home but these have not been a good buy and I am upset that I bought them on their word of being fade resistant when they are not you can clearly see in the pictures. These pics are of them after using them a few days a month for 5 months. I would not buy this umbrella again. Nor recommend it.

Not Impressed with Canada Post Delivery

It is what I ordered, beautiful color red, tho it took forever to get here. Don't understand why it came from Winnipeg, then went to Michigan, then to Mississauga Ontario, then London Ontario. Why did it go to Michigan? It should just come to London Ontario. Not impressed with Canada Post????

Unable to use

I bought this umbrella last year, hardly used it... I put it out this year only to have parts break off and fall on table from the tilt mechanism. My neighbor had a look at it, says it cannot be fixed. This was a complete waste of monsy for me.
