Perfect for my application

Surprisingly good duty/ construction!

Nice thick molded plastic keeping the electric fence several inches off the mesh fence. Also relatively easy to install. Happy.

Function as they should

What I would expect. Good quality. One complaint is that when something hit the wire, it ripped the wire hooks off the insulator. Not really a complaint though because that would happen to any insulator. Just make sure you have a few extra while your animals and wildlife learn the fence.

Improved Material

I was a little hesitant to purchase these since a previous package we purchased was very brittle and many broke just trying to put them onto our T-posts. However, I think the company listened to those complaints and improved the material. This new package I recently purchased was much better quality. Not a single one snapped when putting them onto our T-posts.

These are the latest and greatest not really I found the harder to use and I think they will break easily

A Better Solution for Vinyl Fence

We have wire installed on 3-rail vinyl fence that surrounds our horse turn-out arena area. To protect the vinyl fence, we're Installing electric wire and needed a 5-inch stand-off. For the price of these, we saved money compared to one specifically listed for use on vinyl fence.
