Nice grill

Once assembled, this is a pretty neat little grill for the money. However, assembly could be so much easier. Here is some advice for anyone trying to assemble one. First, the directions are for two DIFFERENT models, meaning you need to use the set for your model. It also means that if you buy the electric model you will have parts left over. Second, the grease pan will fit under the electric element, but it has to be positioned correctly. Third, the screw holes on the base are NOT equidistant, meaning that you need to pay attention when attaching the base. Finally, I prefer the item without the locking feature, which does let you carry it--but mine stays in one place and this is unnecessary. Do line the grease pan with foil for cleaning. A note to the manufacturer--life would be easier for many people if these comments were included with your packaging.

We were so disappointed....

This is our second electric. We liked the first one and have worn it out so we ordered another. We didn't open the box when it arrived. However, when we finally opened the box today, the grill is there but it is missing the electrical cord and the instructions. I realize that we should have opened it when we purchased it but... is there any chance that we could get the electrical cord? It is useless as it is. June

Easy to use!

There are only two of us so I bought this grill to have an easy to use outside grill on our patio . I wanted to stop frying in the house so I use this to grill a steak, pork chops, hamburger, etc and it works great. It is not a smoker or bbq charcoal flavor product. It will cook your meat that’s about it! Also it does not flare up & burn your meat!

Worth The Money

So I've built quite a few outdoor BBQ's in my time and found them all to be a bit wobbly at best, that's just not the case here. as well as this is an indoor electric grill. Instructions are easy to follow on the two different models also. all and all, seems like a very well made electric grill once assembled, plenty of room to cook on, and well made parts. Should last for many years of use, only thing to go out would be the probe controller, time will tell on that. it has a place to remove the probe and add a cover what makes into a charcoal briquette BBQ as well

Great GRILL

This is the best outdoor grill I have ever had. it did one flaw that I fix with a drill. I put a hole in the bottom of the grill for the grease to drain.. other than that this grill is perfect is smokes my food almost taste like it it’s been cooked on a charcoal grill.

great but one flaw

The media could not be loaded. Great design except for retrieving the grease cup. HARD to get to. Easy fix by drilling holes in the bottom of pan though. Holes should be pre-cut and a better grease catching pan provided. Just a small problem to fix IF you fix it. If not,... big problem.

Great Bar BQ Pit

Great pit. Small, convienent, cooks great bar Bq & steaks. Can be stored anywhere, taken to the park or beach. I keep it on the patio and cook with it every weekend. The only problem is that the element on lasts about 2 years. This is my second one, Both the extended warranty which should cover it if it goes out again. Highly recommend.

As expected!

I'm very happy with this grill! I know a lot of people commented on it being a challenge to assemble, but I found it pretty easy. The instructions tell you which product number the instructions are for... plus it's pretty intuitive. It's bigger than I anticipated (which is great) and works well. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that if you are expecting it to work like a bbq it won't. It is definitely a grill. So it doesn't give the food that char that I was really wanting.

We love the taste this bbq has brought to our lives.We are impressed! Chicken with skin on is so crisp!We are still experimenting with different meats and cooking times.Balcony time has become awesome!
