It states 6 1/4” capacity. No way this can not fit 4” copper pipe.

Solid unit

The cutter wheels could be a little larger. You can’t crank down on the chain or else it will dent the pipe instead of cut the pipe. Then it will bottom out on the chain body. I haven't quite figured out the right combination as I have always had to finish with a cut off wheel. But this gives me a some what straight line to cut on.

IT WORKS WELL ENOUGH

IT CUTS 16 GAUGE 2.5" STAINLESS STEEL EXHAUST PIPE. DOES NOT CUT ALL THE WAY AROUND, NO MATTER WHAT ANGLE. UNLESS YOU GO WITH THE SINGLE WHEEL DESIGN, WHICH IS BIG $, THIS WORKS WELL ENOUGH.

I bought it, I paid for it but it never showed up

I was really looking foreard to getting this item as I've used the non-locking type before at it was great for exhaust pipes with minimum movement. I was extremely dissapointed to fing that the delivery contained nothing but air! no box, no bag no content just plain old air. no product and the supplier aren't interested in even looking for where it went, they just say Go to the transport company its there problem and their phone number doesn't work, its just an add ofr a telphone company! What a scam amazon is!!

Horrible Tool! Does not perform as described and was not received as pictured.

The chain links are too loose to get an accurate and even cut. Because of the slop in the links some cutting dist bite in higher or lower than the others. It tried to thread the pipe rather than make a single clean cut. An absolute waste of time and money. And the tool I received did not have the "t-handle" adjuster pictured but rather a thumb wheel.

Good Cutter

Cut up my stainless exhaust system without any issue. Tool worked fine, but leaves a small amount of material along the edge. Cleaned up the edges with grinder. Used lots of cutting fluid.

Nice tool

Not bad for regular pipes but dont let them get out of alignment on anything over 2.75 inches (spiral cut) .... and blade chipping....but over all easy to use not a bad reach for in a hard to reach spot

Good working pipe cutter!

This is one tough pipe cutter for working on my car, and around the house. It should last a lifetime. The price is rather high though!
