Worked well for while

This dispenser works intermittently I've had to change batteries in it several times. It is too late for me to return. I ordered 2 and the white one seems to be working beautifully. As of today 5-11-2021, I would not buy this product again. Rust developed around the edges and eventually into the battery chamber. They both are now inoperable.

This soap dispenser stopped after 4 months- Update

I previously had a Simple Human Touchless Soap Dispenser that stopped working after 2+ years of usage. At the height of the pandemic I needed to replace it and since it was out of stock, I purchased this iTouchless soap dispenser. It stopped working after 4 months. It's very disappointing. Do not waste your money by purchasing this product. Update- I contacted the company and they helped to resolve the issue.

Does not work for longer than a few days...constantly stops working

This is a nice looking item. When I received it I was impressed with the look of the item. I used a pre-mixed foaming soap from Sam's Club. It worked fine for a week or so but then it stopped dispensing. I messed with it a bit and ran some hot water in my mouth and gently blew into the pipe and it unclogged. Well I had to repeat this many times over the last few months. It is now not working at all. No matter how much I use alcohol to clean the unit, it does not last more than a few pumps. I do not recommend this item. Use a hand pump as they always work.

Failed On First Refill

The soap dispenser worked well until I needed to refill it. Refilled it, but it would not turn on. Took it apart, checked voltage on the connectors to the control board, and found no power coming from the batteries. The contacts for the batteries aren't making contact apparently. Changed batteries several times, no power. Looked at the battery contacts, realized that the design prevented contact with the positive side of the battery. Put some aluminum foil over that part of the battery, which restored power on the control board. Dispenser still doesn't work. The pump isn't drawing any soap out of the tank. It does turn on and the pump activates properly with the sensor. Yeah, not a very good product.

Nice hands free soap dispenser. Easy to use!

Works great with children and seems to help them since they can see the bubbles. Does not continually run like some other less expensive ones I have seen

PRODUCT DOSEN’T WORK!!!

I was so excited to get this dispenser and it didn”t work, tried brand new batteries and it still was dead. 1st I tried the manufacture w/o and success and the rep., didn”t care to help me at all. So all I can do is return to Amazon that stand by products, but I want all other buyers and Amazon that this seller wants to sell and don”t care if there products work or not, just send it back to Amazon. Thank you Amazon and I hope you will look into this seller and it”s customer service. Thanks!!!
