A bit hard to keep it slipping from side to side

I chose this foot roller because all the stationary wooden rollers had bad reviews. I've been having numbness in my toes for a few months now and read that this could be caused by a tightening of a major muscle group in the foot, and hoped this would help--and it does. I've been using it for a few days now, ever since it arrived, and I can feel a real difference: my heel hurts less and my toes are far less numb. I have found that it's useless to try to use it on a hard floor; it just rolls all over in different directions. Much better to use it on a carpet, and even then, it's a bit hard to keep it from slipping side to side. I also wish it were a little thicker in the center, right where I need the most pressure on the tight muscle. However, as I said, it is making a big difference using it only perhaps 20 or 30 minutes a day as I sit at my PC or when watching TV. I've also been setting it on my desk and rolling my carpal-tunnel numb wrist over it, with good results. All in all, I'm pleased with it.

Great for foot pain relief!

I bought this for my foot pain associated with plantar fasciitis. I use it 4 times a day, about 5 minutes at a time and it's done wonders for my foot pain! This worked better than I thought it would. I still have pain, but it's much less now. Something to mention is that it tends to slide around on hardwood floors, but that wouldn't keep me from recommending this product to others.

helps planter facetious

I use this in combination with a simple pvc pipe and a renpho foot massager (not the one that does tapping, it's uncomfortable. ) i have planter facetious in both my feet from wearing broken down shoes, and I'm recovering with these three things daily.

The roller does what it says it does. My feet feel better. I felt an itch that I couldn’t relieve the roller is perfect for it.

Easy to use

It's portable! Small enough to fit almost in any bag! It really does help relief tension and helps relax your feet! Feels really good!

I love this thing. Been disabled for over 10 years. Now with neuropathy this thing is a lifesaver. Use it twice a day. It really helps the numbness in my feet.
