It gets the job done. It is a bit stiff but did fix the clog

Cheaping out is not wise

I have been known to destroy a cheap plunger whilst vigorously using it for its sole purpose. They tend to break after a very short time of usage. Lesson learned with getting them from the stores where things start at a particular price point. This plunger has stood the test of time! The rubber portion creates more force, so clearing a commode is quite easy now! The handle is easy to grip.
