Everything looks the same

Got this for an 8 year old, and every slide looks the same no matter the magnification or how we change things around. As a kit, yes, it has a lot of impressive stuff. Like that a book was included. But it is a beginners microscope, very light weight and bad magnification. My 8 yr old likes it however but I can see her out growing and becoming bored with it quickly because it all looks the same. But for this price I didnt really expect too much. If your child is hard on equipment this would not be the best, they do need to have a bit of etiquette with it and it is not that durable.

Most of it is breakable plastic

I purchased for my 12 yr old son to use for school. I was so excited about the shrimp eggs and tools it came with. Received it today, it was not in a Amazon box, it was shipped as you see full display and there was no tape or wrapping to keep contents in. To my disappointment only the frame was metal, the rest is plastic. The tweezers, scalpel, and containers are all plastic. To top it all off, it was broken ???? I don’t understand how this was listed as Amazons Choice

Granddaughter Loved

Bought for my granddaughters 8th birthday she loves it..has it out almost everyday..she loves science and wants to be a doctor someday

My 9 year old absolutely loves this thing. He uses it almost every day. If you have a curious little science nerd, they would love this. The price is great for how much it comes with. He wants to put everything under it anyways so the possibilities with it are endless.

Kinderspielzeug

Für Oberschulen und Studium absolut nicht geeignet. Eine Pinzette aus dicker Plaste, ein Skalpell aus Plaste, keine Pipette vorhanden und sogar die sogenannten Objektplatten sind aus Plaste. Damit kann man nicht arbeiten. Dazu kommt nur eine reine englische Anleitung. Ebenfalls das Heft was ich zusätzlich gekauft habe - ebenfalls nur auf Englisch. Bin sehr enttäuscht.
