Timers no good

Not cheap, yet the timers were no good per the electricians who installed these. Not one but two of these have timers that just don’t work, so not an isolated incident and not amateur work. I’m assuming the third one I have waiting for install is going to be the same.

Warmer than other towel racks I’ve owned.

Like how it keeps towels super warm. Just a little crowded with two towels. Wish they had a bigger one.

Towel Hanger - not a Towel Warmer

Product looked great but only the very small part of the towel that directly touches the top bar gets slightly warm. The rest of the towel stays room temperature. Don't bother weaving the towel through the bars. Doesn't help. Completely fails it's core purpose. Ancona customer support is both rude and useless. I emailed 3 specific questions - mentioning I purchased it at Amazon - which Cathy answered "need a copy of the order information, your complete mailing address please note the only thing I can do is offer you a replacement unit." Did not even attempt to answer my questions - nor form actual sentences. I supplied the requested information and the reply was - "for Amazon you have to reach out to Amazon". Still did not answer my questions. So I did...Amazon sent a replacement unit that did (or more specifically - didn't do) the exact same thing. Towels did not get warm. Sent both units back. Still waiting on the refund. Don't waste your money. A $30 towel bar will do the exact same thing and you don't have to plug it in.

Do not buy this item

Three weeks ago I contacted the seller that my product arrived with the body switch. They promised that a replacement would ship within 72 hours. They were also very difficult to reach. And now they have become unreachable. I have an installed product on my wall, my contractor is done with the job, and the unit does not work. Also, this unit requires a professional to install. Very very poor customer service.

Missing the timer.

Missing the timer that is suppose to be included. Nothing quite like paying $70 more the model with the timer included to get one without a timer.
