Versatile/durable slam ball

I have been training with these slam balls with a trainer for the last 6 months and just had to get one for myself. They don’t bounce like some other brands, which is what you want in a slam ball. They are durable and a good value. We have used these balls not only for ball slams, but also core work on the mat, wall sits, thrusters, boxer push-ups etc. I would highly recommend this product for your home gym!

Perfect Purchase

I tried several balls at the gym before making a personal purchase. This Balance From Medicine Ball meets all expectations. Easy to grip and manage even when your hands get a little sweaty. Good balanced weight. Solid material. I bought the 6# ball which is perfect for me. When I get ready for something a little heavier, I’ll definitely reorder.

Amazing for the price!

Exactly what I was looking for and the price is right! Starting working out with it today and I am already going to purchase a couple more weights up in order to have a nice set for me and my husband. 15 lbs may be too light for me but perfect for my husband. The build is solid and will definitely hold up to years of slamming it on the ground. Grip is great and I don't feel like I am going to drop it or have it slip out of my hands. Amazing product. Recommend it 100%!

Looks perfect

Just arrived and it's the size of a large pumpkin, blue color is really nice and overall looks good. A little slippery trying to pick it up due to it's smooth surface. and has a little bounce. All in all great first impression . Would recommend. Would give it a 5 if surface had some grip to it. As I use it, I'll update the note if I see anything notable.

Amazing quality medicine/slam ball

When we took the ball out of the shipping box, we immediately noticed the great quality. We worked out with it immediately and noticed how sturdy it is. We passed it to one another and were working on explosive movements while slamming the ball on the ground. It has great grip and texture and seems like it will last a long time! I am going to buy different weights for different workouts! We recommend this product!

The 15 lb ball weighed in at 14.6 lbs. 10 lb ball close to 10 lbs. Has a good feel and plenty of grip. Doesn't bounce when thrown to floor. Doesn't roll either. Happy

Great value and very durable

We loved the product, my son needed to practice for a fitness test. It was perfect and withstood being thrown in a park. It was easy for him to hold. It was hauled over a long distance and landed on grass and it endured all that and we now use it in our home gym. I would definitely recommend it. Very durable! I will be buying the 8lb one next!!!

definitely go for the slam balls

Great product, i went for the slam ball and wasn't disappointed. Has a lot more applications than the other ones and feels very sturdy so you can go all out and not worry about breaking it. Has a lot of different workouts you can use it for definitely using it in my regular routine.
