BEAUTIFUL BUT NEED A STRONGER ZIPPER

I LOVE the look of this luggage and it is roomy and LIGHT and easy to carry, even though it is large. But the zipper worries me. It seems to be poor quality and it was hard to zip and looked ready to burst on my flight home. I have only used it once so the zipper may hold out. Can I buy a warranty now? Other than the fact that the zipper seems too weak for such a large suitcase and is somewhat difficult to zip and there is a concern that it may not hold up long-term, I am extremely pleased with this beautiful luggage.

Easy Breezy and So Pretty Too

Purchased this spinner style suitcase for my European trip in May. For the few times I had to transport it on the trip it was really a breeze. Those spinner style wheels make pushing the bag around effortlessly. Plus the 2 or 3 times I had to I was able to place my carry-on bag on the handle to ride on this suitcase....very easy to use. After arriving at my hometown airport destination I did see a suitcase arrive on the carousel belt that was wrapped in plastic because it had torn apart. But not this suitcase...so sturdy and tough. Durable and easily survived the trip to and from. And the pretty design and color makes it really stand out from the rest. Great purchase!

The sturdiness and how easy it rolls

There is nothing that I dislike about this suitcase the color is beautiful it has a lot of space it can be a year round suite case if you take care of it. Don't over fill it I love the way it handles you'll definitely love it.

I just love the design & color!

Luggage is stylish. Not sure how long it'll hold up. I took it on an international and domestic trip so far. And came home with minimal wear & tear so far. But for me it's well worth the cost. Very easy to spot in baggage claim also!

Love it!

Very pretty! I am relaxing my old one in a different pattern I broke. Totally my fault I broke the zipper opening it when the zipper was not actually open all the way. Replacing it with the same brand different colour because my other one held up so well.

Not what I expected

For the price I paid, I am not happy. I received my suit case a week later then expected, I order 2 day shipping and it came 7 days later. Though it is pretty, it does not seem durable at all. For starters, it came with scratches ALL over it which is super disappointing as it's suppose to be brand new. Also, it is so flimsy, it feels like plastic. unfortunately because it came so late I do not have time to return it before my trip. I would not recommend this at all. Save your money.

Clearly used or returned and re sold

Upon receiving this piece of luggage it looked ok, but it was not wrapped or anything just shoved in a large box. While I started to wipe it down it became clear that it may have been used. No protective film, large scratches and dirty handles and wheels..... very disappointed.

Do not purchase

This luggage does not travel well. After one flight looks like it’s years old! Scratches easily, gets dirty easily. Would not recommend

Broken wheel

Beautiful at first, after one trip there is scratches and black marks all over it which are hard to remove. Second trip one of the wheels broke off.
