Just like the name brand originals!

They fit perfectly and come off and on just as easily as the original ones that came with the steam mop. I've had them for 6 months now and they hold up extremely well with daily use and machine washing. I run a doggy daycare and I use my steam mop for our 2,500 square foot floor 5 to 7 days a week. I have 4 mop pads and they get used in rotation and the washed on the heavy duty hot cycle in my machine and popped into the dryer after each use. There hasn't been any fraying or or pilling to date. They, of course, are a bit less white than they were fresh out of the box, but you can fix that with some bleach if you're one of those weird people who care about things like that. ;) Pro Tip: Add some white vinegar and a few tablespoons of baking soda to your wash with these to help keep them fresh.

Only one little "problem", if i can even call it that

I would've given 5 stars, but I have to change the pads so often because they suck up so much dirt so fast! I know this is a good thing, but I'd like them to last longer than it takes me to clean the bathroom floor. What I do is take it off when it gets full of dirt and toss it in the sink to cool. I put the extra one on and when that one gets full of dirt, I rinse off the first pad and I continue in this manner until my entire house is done (hard floors throughout the whole house). As you can imagine, this takes more time than I feel necessary. But I'm a clean freak, so I also appreciate how much dirt they suck up! BOTTOM LINE : Product is as described I would purchase again I would recommend to family and friends Overall, a decent product!

This cleans my dark wood floors pretty good. I like the vacuum feature as it picks up things that might scratch my floor with a regular mop. After the first use, i have been unable to get the pad completely clean. I washed it several times, soaked it, sprayed with prewash, used bleach, everything i could think of, and it remains dirty looking. I cant tell when im using it if it is new dirt or old dirt im seeing. I also do not like that you have to order both pads for a refill. I will never use the scrubby pad on my wood floors and now i have two of them.

Having a Few of These Makes an Awesome Steam Vac even More Awesome!

I love, LOVE my Symphony Pet steam vac!! Steam means clean!

The vacuum was hard to push with the heavy duty pad. The smooth pad works well, easy to push,and washes clean in the washing machine. The vacuum has good suction and it’s nice to be able to use vac and steam at the same time.

Tough to clean after use.

It's quite hard to get these pads clean once they've gotten gray with dirt. I've soaked them in vinegar and water, bleach and water, Ivory and water--in addition to the normal washing cycles. It's hard to see a difference. They work fine--it's just that I've gone through quite a few pads in a relatively short period of time.

Just got it delivered and of course I put everything on hold to test this... It's amazing I love it love it love it! It vacuumed everything super well and the steam mop is amazing as well. The scent disks smell great. I'm so glad I got this can't wait to do the rest of the house.I'm over here on the floor enjoying the feeling lol. I totally recommend it!!!!
