great product to remove deep stains in carpets !

I have area rugs that I really like but was dirty. I know they are fairly reasonable to buy from Amazon but I did not see anything that I liked. decided to clean them & this product did amazing ! They look like brand new rugs ! Happy I cleaned them ! Good product.

Works great - Extra steps needed!

We have pets and our area rug gets dirty and hairy. This definitely works but make sure to buy the cross wave area rug brush to go with it. ***Once you clean the rug with the solution, you must go back over it with only warm water in the tank!*** Your rug will be good as new.

Must try, brings rugs back to life!

The media could not be loaded. This cleaned my area rug so well! I’m very impressed, my white wasn’t so white with traffic from 3 kids, 3 dogs and a hubby! This solution has brought my rug back to life... the rug I was going to replace because the dingy white upset me! So happy with the results!

Better than any product I’ve used on water stain

I was skeptical because I had a water stain in a carpet that I was unable to remove with Resolve, Oxyclean, and a couple other store brands. But this solution took the water stain out. I was thrillled. I also use it for general rug cleaning without exception!

Smells bad

This doesn't smell like linen. Maybe dirty linen. It has a horrible smell and leaves my house smelling like I cleaned with a dirty wet rag. I've seen reviews regarding the crosswave parts smelling bad and now I'm wondering if maybe it was this area rug cleaner. I have used my crosswave with the the multi-surface cleaner as well as a few drops of Mr. Clean and it has never smelled bad. Would not recommend.

Effective and economical

This is a great cleaner for carpets and use with the Bissell Crosswave. The cleaner does a great job cleaning carpets, with no rinsing. It is also economical to use, a little goes a long way and leaves a clean, fresh feel and smell. I love the cleaner and the machine!

As described - nice to have a large size

Used this for my Bissell cordless crosswave area rug roller brush. Nice to have a large size on hand. Not an overpowering scent at all. Smells clean without the perfume. Will buy again.

Bissell Cleaner works!

My hubby hates the smell, but I love it. It really works my rugs are beautiful and fresh, clean and like new. I tried knock off brands, way too much suds and impossible to remove from your carpet. Stick with Bissell.
