It’s ok

It’s ok but I wouldn’t purchase again. The sprayed doesn’t spray consistently had to put the the liquid in another spray bottle

It's seems a little under powered.

It's seems a little under powered for its purpose. If they swapped out longer battery life for higher suction. This product would be awesome.

Things to consider for pet messes

I had purchased for quick easy puppy mess cleanups. Loved the idea of small, lightweight and cordless! I have had many portable carpet cleaners throughout the years and thought, "FINALLY, my search is over". I do love the concept, and this unit might be good for other things, but pet clean up- not so much. I didn't realize there wasn't a freshwater tank, so essentially all it does is give a mist of cleaner. The thought of squirting cleaner on a pee or poo spot and calling it good doesn't work for me. So I thought, I will microwave a small amount of water and pour it on and then suck it up...I'd be ok with that! If only it was able to sufficiently suck the water back out. Alas, it does not. I will have to go back to large, clunky, corded, smelly units that eventually leak disgusting water and send a putrid smell of rotten urine into the air until my puppy quits having accidents. Love the concept of this unit if only it had a small freshwater tank and actually had enough suction. I am bummed, I wanted this to be "the one"!

Slow charge

Extremely weak charger, instructions difficult to read, and nowhere says (that I can find) how long to charge for. The device came in dead so I let it charge for a few hours only to see its still on one bar and dies in a minute. If your going to give a power hungry device then give it a faster charger. Now I have a chemical soaked chair that I can't clean.

Small But Powerful

I have to be honest, this portable carpet cleaner turned out to be so much better than I thought it would be! It is small/compact, very easy to use, and most of all, very powerful for its size! It has great suctioning and gets the stains out fairly easily. I have a dog who has many accidents and it takes only a few minutes to grab it and fill it with the cleaning solution, so I’m able to get to the effected area right away and get the stain out!

This works great for the price was very surprised at its suctioning power and the battery life is pretty good, about 30 minutes after full charge

It’s ok but could be better

I wouldn’t buy it again. The spray nozzle hardly sprays anything out and it’s not a continual spray so it isn’t helping the machine clean anything. I have to use a spray bottle to get our couch wet enough for it to even pull any dirt out of it. If you just have an occasional spot to clean up it’d be fine but not for someone like me who has few pets and likes to clean their furniture every once and a while without having to lug around a big machine. It is light weight and it would be very convenient if it would actually spray water like it should to help draw dirt out.

Flimsy tank, impossible to replace

Very poor suction, leaves a great deal of cleaner residue in carpet. Worst thing? The collection tank turned brittle after about 1 year of use and cracked. Cannot find a replacement tank anywhere in Canada; B+D supply net only ships to the US! You would be better off to use another manufacturer.
