The hose was too small for the pump.

More pronounced measurements!!

Measurements not true! Cut an 1 1/2 inch kitchen sink pvc straight pipe to p-trap connector to patch factory hole after removing 4 inch section of hose about 20’ from end. Created multi hose clamp connector to filter backwash pipe. A McGyver repair, but will serve its purpose. Next time will replace with one of better quality!

Did NOT hold up / split after minimal use

Hose was used for pumping water from the back yard , attached to a small sump pump. Split down the side in several places after minimal use. Hose was just extended over grass and was not in contact with anything sharp. The pump only ran for about 5 minutes at a time, 2-3 times a day max for a few days. Disappointed as when product arrived I thought it would hold up much better. Would not recommend

Do not use at low temps

I tried to use the hose for sump pump discharge but hose kept splitting a nd leaking. Maybe it was due to the 40 degree temps but vinyl should be good to below freezing at least, I would not buy again.

Just right.

This is a good hose. It's not one of those really thin ones . (Compare shipping weights...those cheaper ones are much lighter, because they are too thin). Nor is it that expensive discharge hose stuff that would be overkill for back washing... It's just perfect. After two seasons it looks like brand new. I expect I'll get many years out of it.

Extremely tight fit over a 1. 5 inch O ...

Extremely tight fit over a 1.5 inch O.D. pipe, had to use a heat gun. Not practical for an application where it needs to be removed and installed routinely. Get the 2". I returned this item.

Not a quality oriduct

This is a flat hose and the folded over edges split allowing water to escape

This Hose is total garbage... ripped in many areas. now useless after a week.

AVOID this product. complete garbage. Very poor materials than can't withstand any kind of bends or kinks that might happen when in use....

Hose didn’t work for me in cooler weather cracked and fragile hard to move
