Very noisy and certain ends fall off

The heat and cold end fall off. Takes forever to heat so I don't use it anyhow. The unit is quite noisy, but it does give my sore muscles relief.

Ok power but attachments fall off

The media could not be loaded. It’s a Brookstone, so I expected it to be very good. The power is OK but the attachments just fall off with no effort. Some of the attachments are OK but overall it’s not that great.

Truly VIBRATING Massager, NOT a Percussion Type

This is Truly a VIBRATING (Vibration) Massager!! They are Very Hard to Find, in this era of Percussion Massagers. It is NOT as powerful as a Percussion, so one cannot expect it to be. It IS however a Really Great Little massager; especially good for those areas like the Trapezius Muscle in the Neck; Or for the Scalp. The ONLY negative I found is that the Triangle Shaped Attachment with the Knobs; and the Blue Cold Attachment, does not stay on the shaft.

This is cheap and weak.

Cheaply made. Poor design for attachments. Some attachments fall straight off when you turn it on. They are hard plastic and don't give and don't fit snuggly on the end. Some other rubberier attachments stayed on OK. But the motor to this thing is terrible. Considering it plugs into the wall I'd expect it to be stronger. Weaker than other rechargeable ones out there. I have had 2 Wahl massagers lately and they were strong...but they both broke when internal parts shook loose. I sound like my grandfather but why the heck can't these companies do any better than this for what they charge. Cheap Chinese junk

My cat purrs harder than this thing

It is useless for any time of theraputic use, wiggling your finger over the sore spot would work better. I returned it.
