Great faucet!

Our contractor grade faucet broke in less than one year. We ordered this faucet as a replacement and it fit perfectly. The quality of this faucet far exceeds the contractor grade. Instructions were easy to follow as well.

Small compared to most faucets and cheap thin materials

It's a very small faucet and if I hadn't already installed is probably send it back. The way it tightens to the counter is very odd compared to most faucets (see 2nd pic). I recommend putting the screws in first (without washer) before getting under it to tighten them. The long brass lines made it difficult to attach to existing water lines. Overall I guess I got what I paid for. Let's see how well it holds up.

Bought these for all baths 2 yrs ago. Already replacing them!

These did not last all all! They spit water out. (Even after cleaning the screens) Also one of them you have to turn a certain way for it to even come on. I do not recommend.

I was happy to find a faucet in this finish to match ...

After one year, the finish around the bottom of the faucet is coming off. The handle does not always operate properly between hot and cold. A thin stream of water comes when switching from warm to hot or warm to cold. But, you get what you pay for sometimes. I was happy to find a faucet in this finish to match other Bath accessories.

Didn't last very long

It was fine at first but they start leaking internally after about 2 years. Hard water could be the problem. I did not like how they attach under the counter, not sturdy at all. I bought 4 of these and after 2 to 3 years only one is still working. I should have bought a better one and it would have saved me money on the long run.

Faucet is beautiful, but the plumbing parts are cheap plastic and break easily. We had to spend more money to buy the replacement parts and we were not able to match it, so ended up buying another faucet.

Keep the price in mind

I'm glad this was going in a rarely used bathroom. It is mostly plastic, although a good quality plastic. The handle itself is not. Remembering the price, it should serve the purpose and it does look nice. I just wouldn't recommend for constant use.

Didn't receive pop up drain with faucet

The faucet works great. However, I am very dissatisfied that we did not receive pop up drain with order. I had to go to the store and buy one and it doesn't quite match the bronze.
