The size is good .. it is a little bit smaller.. the quality is very good, it feels very nice..

A little small

Great quality however the parking spots don’t fit typical size cars ( Hot wheels). The spots are very snug for those size cars so if your needing it for play, may need a smaller car than a typical sized hot wheel.

Very realistic look and texture

This is a perfect addition to any train set allowing vehicle parking. Very high quality construction and excellent look overall. You will not be disappointed.

Not the most detailed parking lot kit!

for the price ...this is a good item to add to your diorama set!

I recommend laying it out and double checking available space before ...

Curb side parking is a must, no matter the size of your layout. Whether downtown or the suburbs. And the Busch Gmbh and Co parking lot is ideal for shopping centers and office structures. A word of caution if you have never dealt with Busch flexible parking lots. They're sticky, and they stretch. Once the paper backing is removed, it will stick to just about anything. I recommend laying it out and double checking available space before removing the backing!

Scaled for 1/72

If you know that you need HO 1/72 then this could work fine but if you need 1/64 you should pass. And for either, just know that these stick down and can be easily distorted if you're not careful. I ended up removing these and making my own parking lot with MS excel and a good printer.
