Love shelftrack

Shelftrack is great, but pricier than others. Having only two standards for 36" works, but I keep lighter things on it. But Shelftrack's ability to move shelves up and down and all around the garage [I have them everywhere] is unbeatable.

It works.

This is great! I used these to make a pantry and it is so helpful. I can move the shelves up or down depending on the size of what is on the shelf. You do need to already have the bars to hand them on.

Major flaw ruins what could have been a great product

I would give these shelves 5-stars if it weren't for a major flaw in their design. The description says that the shelves install easily by just snapping on the brackets and then snap in the shelves. Well, kinda. The problem is that the wire shelf only snaps in on the wall side but the rest of the shelf sits loosely on the bracket underneath it. So the shelves slide all over the place! As other reviewers have asked, are we missing something? It didn't come with instructions and the installation video attached to this product on Amazon isn't for this particular model of shelving. I couldn't find help on ClosetMaid's website so I have to think that this is just how it was designed, which is a shame. Did the engineers complete this design and think "well, I guess that's good enough" and then call it a day so they can go home early to plant some crops in Animal Crossing?

Installs in seconds, looks great

Exactly what the title says. Installs in seconds (assuming you have the tracks in place) and looks great. Only wish is that they were cheaper so I could justify buying more.

One shelf arrived too damaged to use

3 out of the 4 shelves were great, but one was completely twisted, smashed, and unusable. I went to return one of the shelves and it would have been more expensive to ship back than to just eat the cost of the broken shelf. It's a shame it couldn't be returned for free. (UPS said that I had to pay for the packaging).

Disgraceful

This is a 36 inch shelf. The recommended spacing between support brackets is 24 inches. That means that buying this product requires you to also purchases an additional shelf track and an additional bracket. Why does Amazon allow Closetmaid to cheat its customers?
