Good rope.
This is a good quality jump rope: good weight, no gaps without beads. One thing though: i bought mine from Prime Central Store and it came looking like it either sat somewhere forever or the colors bled - the white beads had yellow stains on them. I do recommend this rope but i would get it from a different seller. Works for a child under 57".

Just what he needed!
In kindergarten gym class my son jumped rope a lot so we bought him a cheap one at Target, but it was to light and he had a difficult time because the lightweight rape would get caught up in his feet.. We bought this jump rope and put it in his Easter Basket from the Easter Bunny. He was excited to get a new jump rope and it worked great, it was heavy enough that he could jump for a longer period of time and it did not get caught up in his feet.

Arrived on time. . Grandson is practicing jumping this week. The plastic beads help I think weight the rope a bit and they can hear the slap and time the jump easier.

A good buy
I bought enough for our house and the 'a week at the beach with Grandma'. They have proven to be up to very hard use. I like the plastic beads because it made 'hanging' someone a bit more difficult -- an incident that almost ended my life at seven. The kids (5 & 6) have loved them, and now the cousins are joining in. The only downside is tripping over them where the cats leave them after dragging them around.

This product is affordable and durable. Sadly, my children used it for everything but what it is intended for and so it wore out rather quickly, but still a great product!

The weight of the beads makes it easy for children to turn. I think it the plastic should hold up well.
