Misleading/False Advertising!

I was of the opinion I was purchasing a pack of 4 x 4oz. Dr. Hess Skin Ointment, like the description says when you go to make your purchase selection, which is what I chose and thought I was buying. As you can see in the picture of the package as it was opened, there is only one tube of ointment. I only purchased this because I thought I was getting a good deal on the item - 4 for $6.79, and even had it on subscribe and save. I am outside the country and returning the item would be very costly and very inconvenient for me. I only gave one star because you don't have the option of a zero star rating. VERY disappointed and want my money back.

Good for skin with eczema

This is very good to use for my skin since i suffer from eczema but it runs out so fast. I think its my last time buying this product.
