Gets the job done
This was the only "Low Height" overbed table I could find for a keyboard holder in front of my couch or recliner, it does go super low (19") which is nice for my use case, but only goes up to 27" which is not large enough to be an "over-bed" bed table (on my beds) if I wanted to switch to it's intended use case. One star off for "Walnut" description which would have matched my other furniture. This thing is more of a cherry. Another star off for feeling of being cheaply made, it feels like something you'd get at Wallart for $40, nothing close to as solid as the medical tables I've used in Hospital rooms. I wish there was an alternative "Low Height" option

Not Even Worthy of a Landfill
I used to think my father was a bigot for complaining about all of the "junk made in China nowadays." This table is the epitomizes his complaints and convinces me to make everything myself or live in a one room apartment with no belongings what so ever. First, the instructions and diagrams are practically useless and do not correspond to each other or the included hardware or furniture pieces. If I wasn't a seasoned furniture assembler/builder, I would have been lost. For instance, the instructions call for a 9/16" and a 7/16" wrench, but none of the bolts included have either size head, they are 3/4" and 13/32". Yeah, 13/32", I couldn't believe it either. Two holes that are supposed to be in the frame are missing and the assembly that is obviously required is completely different from what is described. There are 2 screws and washers left that go nowhere, they aren't listed in the instructions and they aren't duplicates, and they wouldn't even work for the missing holes because they aren't long enough, they are just superfluous. I wish that would explain why the table wobbles so much, but sadly, it's just a massive waste of money that isn't worth the effort to burn in effigy of poor craftsmanship and lackadaisical "work" ethic. Secondly, the description says that the maximum height is 28, but it's over an inch short of that at 26-3/4." I know its not major, but obviously the manufacturer has never used the Imperial measurement system even though they list a NY state corporate address. Thirdly, all of the metal and faux wood have major scratches or blemishes. Fourth, the hardware supplied is the cheapest metal, the screw heads were practically stripped before getting them 1/2 way in. Fifth, the height adjustment mechanism is about as smooth as a sip of kerosene. Sixth, I already mentioned it wobbles like crazy while lamenting the sloppy instructions. In fact, I think it wobbles less with the wheels unlocked than in the locked position. Seventh, it's way too expensive to be this poor of quality. I can't decide if it's worth taking apart and shipping back or if I'm going to have to eat the $100 bucks. I am just so disappointed in everything available to the mass market. Even things sold as "professional" grade are such junk, designed by morons, manufactured by idiots, and marketed by geniuses, and purchased by the gullible. I don't actually need the table for medical reasons, I'm just trying to catch up on paper work while catching up on some bad tv while cuddling with the other half. I don't trust that its sturdy enough to hold my 3 pound laptop even though it's supposedly rated for 50 pounds. It certainly won't support someone trying to sign a "do not resuscitate" order, which, after having lost all my faith in humankind after purchasing this piece of junk, I think I'm going to drink myself into a coma.

Good construction, bad assembly instructions.
Just bought and put together the table. It's pretty good size, both height and width, to use for the laptop with the low armchair that my wife likes. Also looks sturdy enough and is attractive. My only beef is with the assembly instruction booklet. Assembly method has been changed without updating the booklet. Some things are just omitted altogether. 1) It's not two bolts with 7/16" heads inserted from the side, but two #3 Phillips head screws inserted from the bottom (relative to normal table position). 2) Nothing is said about the bolt acting as a shaft for the handle. That bolt has for some reason 10 mm head instead of a fraction size. Also no spring washer is provided for it. I added both flat and spring washers as I think this bolt is liable to get loose otherwise. 3) Nothing is said about the standoffs provided for the bolts holding the column to the base. Hope this helps others who assemble the table.

Decent product but needs usable instrucions
Instructions were not correct for this model. I was able to figure it out, but it should have been much easier. The height adjustment is rather sticky. Overall it suits our needs. Other tables won't go low enough.

It's great for the price
I'm giving this five stars because of the other reviews complaining about instructions, are dragging this product down. I want to clarify that the instructions are not the best, but every part is labeled along with the screws and nuts. I think the wrong manual is put in the box, but it wasn't hard to figure out what went where, I can't see why anyone would really have issues figuring this out because there is enough instructions that match. It took me maybe 10 minutes to get everything together. Overall build quality is what I expected for the price. One of the sides was a little scuffed, but touch up pen took care of it. I really like that it's easily adjusted on height through a spring. This is one of the few medical tables I could find that was low height on here, so that was a big plus for me.

Quality & Safety
This over bed table is perfect for my mother who is in a long term care facility. The normal over bed tables are too high to comfortably eat her meals from when in her wheel chair and other style of tables are not sturdy enough. The table arrived quickly and was easy to put together.

Low height is great for using beside recliner.
It is difficult to find a suitable table for someone with limited mobility to use beside a recliner chair. This low height is perfect and the table accommodates drinks, medication and various other items including a laptop. It was not too difficult to put together although the instructions and small parts seemed to go with another model!

Yeah, the assembly instructions are worthless.
As another reviewer stated, the assembly instructions seem to apply to a different product. With that said, it wasn't difficult to figure out how to assemble the table. I received all of the required parts and had none left over. Durability is yet to be determined. To Drive Medical: Have one of your quality control folks follow the assembly instructions and see how that works for you. Then write new, accurate instructions. Quit trusting the manufacturer to handle this task appropriately. Only 3 stars because the instructions suck and Drive Medical should be ashamed for overlooking instead of overseeing the accuracy of the assembly instructions.
