Chair is great!

2nd update: issued has been resolved and replacement chair is perfect. Customer support could use some coaching and hopefully they resolved the issue of the wrong phone number on their site and amazons. At this point I would be willing to give this company another shot if I found something else I needed. Update: someone finally called me and left voicemail but when I called back, no answer and no way to leave a message. I tried several times yesterday and once this morning still no answer. Guess it is time to just return this. Original review: Both arms of the chair are rough in spots (the second back half of arm rest). Like they forgot to sand it. I reached out to their support via their website (as they offer as option on Amazon) and haven’t heard back. I then tried today to call and the number Amazon shows (that EasyGo provides) must be hooked up to a fax or something. Checked their website and number is the same. This is unfortunate because this is exactly what I was looking for but due to their lack of service I fear ordering a replacement might leave me with the same lack of quality… for this price customer support should not be an issue.

Pretty good!

Overall I like the chair. I’m 5’9” and length wise fits me great. I do wish it was wider since my arms rest on the frame. The fabric isn’t too taught and it’s not super rough either. I do wonder how long the fabric will hold up as well as the special face hole pillows. All in all it’s a good lightweight portable chair that I can fold up after each use.

armholes are in the right place and it's perfect

I love a good layout chair and have been on the hunt for years. This chair checks all the boxes. The material is durable and the armholes are in the right place to the face. I'm 5'6" 150lbs for reference. I like how it folds up and there is a little leash to keep it in folding position. Easy to transport.

Comes Assembled, Easy to use

Awesome chair, Great for sitting in the sun or grabbing a tan. Comfortable and easy to use. 10/10 will probably buy another in the future.

Easy to carry so hands are free for other things.

Like the easy of carry, sliding headrest, face and armholes, and multi positioning. When flat, if you sit too close to the back support it will fold up but just had to sit further down when sitting onto it.

This Lounge Chair is Solid.

Bought it for my Husband and he loves it. Best one he's ever had. It is sturdy, fabric is tight, doesn't sag. He loves the face hole. He's a very fit man, 185lbs, solid muscle (a stud actually lol) and this lounge chair supports him easily. It's a little pricey but it will last. That is for for sure. He told me to give it 5 Stars. There you go.

Decent - but one is defective

The media could not be loaded. I ordered the two pack in blue. The first one is ridiculously uneven and rocks uncontrollably (see video) . This is probably not a big deal if used on a beach in sand. On a flat surface, however, someone is going to bust their butt. There are shoulder straps to make transportation easy while keeping hands free. The face hole is a nice touch and why I purchased those over re-ordering another set I had previously. I enjoy reading while soaking up the rays. Disappointed in the rickety one. Will have to return which is a pain since the box is kind of bulky and the chair is not exactly light when packaged. The shoulder straps make it much better to move.
