Every household needs one of these in their freezer!

My wife loves to bake thin crust pizza, pies, etc, even though she has significant osteoarthritis and severe pain in her hands. We tested about 50+ rolling pins, from granite, to silicone, to wood, and this rolling pin is the easiest for her to use (especially cold). What I like about it is the length and the slimmer width. Most rolling pins are 1.5" or more in diameter, and this one is thin, lightweight and easy to maneuver. Without question, the malleable features are a huge plus. Her hands are medium-sized, mine are large, and this rolling pin is perfect for both of us. The quality is terrific, the company is well-known, so if you’re looking for a terrific product, this is it.

Light weight, easy to clean and store

This rolling pin is light weight, which means I have to push down more than I had to with my old pin with handles. It cleans easily, and is easier to store than my rolling pin with handles. I have been using it for gluten free sourdough crackers, which I have to roll thin. It is effective with a bit of pressure applied.

It's a rockin' rollin' pin!

There is nothing to this rolling pin, and it's perfect. What does a rolling pin need, anyway? It just has to roll dough, and this one does that magnificently. It looks sleek, shiny and cool, and you can make it even cooler by dropping it in the freezer. Your dough will love it, too.

Maybe a bit too lightweight....

It's a smooth and sleek steel rolling pin but I hoped it would be a bit heavier. It's hollow stainless steel so it feels a bit too lightweight and a bit cheap because some extra heft would help in the rolling process.

The more I use it, the more I like it.

I'm not fond of rolling with by standard North American pins, but this is lightweight and thin enough to keep in the drawer beneath my work surface.
