Amazing

Relaxing but doesn’t increase milk supply

Refreshing and relaxing to use. This felt like a Korean face mask for your breast’s. It does not however increase your supply.

Yes! Yes! and Yes!

Every time my supply tanks due to sickness, stress, periods, dehydration etc, I use these and they help pick my supply back up!

Seemed to work

I used these towards the end of weaning and didn’t have to pump anymore after using them. Not sure if it was a coincidence or not. They felt soothing either way though.

Soothing for engorgement with pleasant scent

I’m at that interesting stage of postpartum, after the 4th trimester, solids are being introduced and my body is continually adjusting for different changes. This morning, I woke up early with some slight discomfort in my breasts. I was so lucky I had these new Frida Mom Breast Mask for Engorgement to test out! Each packet has 2 sheets (one for each side). I was able to quickly open the package, slip out one of the two masks, and conveniently reseal the packet. It has a similar texture to a face mask, with subtle hints of lavender, jasmine, sage and witch hazel. I was able to find them to fit well, and left them on for 20 minutes while I had a quick breakfast. It is so clean and soothing, I highly recommend it!

I like them, but I like other products better

I was using the engorgement/cabbage ones to dry up my milk. What I didn't realize when buying them is how wet they are. I was thinking this would be something I could slip into my bra. Instead you really need to sit naked from the waste up for 20 minutes. They're very messy and will fall off if you try to do too much (like care for a baby...) ice packs are easier to stick in your bra and give a cooling effect, and cabo creme is easier (and more effective) for relief. That's just a lotion you rub in and go. These were high maintenance.

Cooling effect is priceless!

These breast masks have a great cooling effect while your body absorbs the fenugreek and fennel directly into the skin. Two come in the package, so I only used one and kept the other one in the refrigerator for an extra cooling effect. I couldn't find on the package the amount of time to leave them on for, so I kept them on for about ten minutes on each breast and then rubbed in the residual film of liquid. Our skin readily absorbs many nutrients, so I appreciate this easy nutrient-dense application of lactation herbs.
