AMAZING FOR SCIATICA

This product is truly amazing???? I have sciatica bad from my job I drive a lot and RAM truck seats cause sciatica bad. The was unbearable. This back massager helps to stretch the nerves In sciatica along with my stretching has decreased my sciatica greatly. I will continue to use it twice a days feels amazing. Tremendous help. And I take no pain meds….

Great back-stretching mat

Great mat for your back, helps with lower back pain. The heat is a nice touch as well. Would have given it 6 stars but had to send first one back as it was defective.

A ZILLION STARS

This should be called the Miracle Body Flex Stretching Mat. My issues are plentiful with pain from head to toe. One 10 min program and I got up feeling like a different person. Even the pain from a torn meniscus had lessened, enabling the dogs to have their evening walk without my limping. Will definitely be using this wonder mat before retiring for the night, and upon awakening when I experience the most pain in my lower back and hips. Currently, I am not feeling any pain as I normally would sitting in a chair. There is only one problem with this mat...DaVinci, my inquisitive pup is certain someone is underneath as he runs around and barks as it cycles. If you are on the fence because of the price, as was I, it is worth every single penny! Your health truly is your wealth.

Daily Use

I suffer from extreme back pain from a horseback riding injury. Anything and nothing can trigger it. Sometimes I breath funny and my back goes out. In October, I somehow triggered it and was basically immobile for an entire week. I couldn't walk on my own and was using my son's ski poles to get up off the couch and move around. It took me over a month to feel somewhat normal. My MIL told me about this mat, as she has one and uses it daily. I tried it out before I committed to the purchase and was sold. After using hers once, I had zero pain the next day. Decided to purchase and have not been disappointed! The key to this mat is to use it daily, even if you have no pain. I skipped a couple days because my back was feeling great and I immediately started to feel the tightness creeping back in. It doesn't get super hot with the heat, but you can definitely feel it. I love the 'Stretch' session the best. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone dealing with back pain.

Just as good

The heat one is just as good as the one with no heat I thought it would actually get a little bit hotter than what it does so I still have to use a heating pad and it is about $100 more than the one without heat overall though it’s still a good product.

Pain relief

I have 2 high end full body massage chairs and I use this product more than either chair! My favorite setting is highest inflation and I like the setting that works the spine rather than the hips. I have this device situated in a zero gravity chair so I don’t have to go down to the floor to use it. All of my spine has issues and I feel this provides a comforting traction. So soothing…I fall asleep and awake pain free or greatly diminished. One of my best purchases ever. I use it 2x/d.

I didn't even know what this was but figured let me try it. Ladies and gentlemen this thing is amazing, refreshing , and necessary. You won't regret this. It shuts off after 15 minutes so you don't get lost in the sauce

We've both have received pain relief! Love it!
