Homvana hepa air purifier

So far so good. Product Is very easy to set up with clear directions and has simple touch features. I’m using it in a normal sized bedroom and the air seems pleasant after the first 24 hours of auto use. You'll need to purchase replacement filters as the main filter is not washable. The cord is too short at maybe 4 ft and too thin also the light from the “fan” and “on” positions is way too bright even on night setting so I covered the control panel with a metal lid to block the glow. It runs very quietly and seems to be a nice unit. I like it.

Customer Service

We had this unit for a year to the week when the unit failed to restart after we moved it across the room. I emailed customer service describing the problem, and they were happy to send a new replacement, which arrived after just a few days - including a new filter. Since we had just replaced the filter in the defective unit, we now have two good filters for the replacement - making the replacement under their 3-year warranty a particularly pleasant experience. As an added pleasantry, I'm told by their customer service agent that the replacement unit is still warranted for 3 years. That's 5 stars in my book!

Perfect size for my apartment.

I bought this for myself in order to assist my breathing disorders. Also smoke in the air due to coal and wood burning furnaces and fireplaces in my area. It has cleaned the air I use it in the morning for a couple hours then a couple times during the day. I am going to purchase another for the bedroom. It's a great machine, not noisy also the perfect size for my apartment.

AMAZING! REMOVES GREEN WOOD SMOKE from my neighbors fireplace in my house

Bought 1 Homvana Model H201 to remove green wood smoke from my bedroom...hopefully, ease or prevent our coughing fits. My house is an old, small house. The Homevana Model 201 worked so well in the bedroom, bought another one for the living room. Neighbors have their fireplace going right now, putting green wood smoke (green wood smokes much more than dried wood) in the outside air right now. The whole neighborhood smells like smoke. The wood smoke from the neighbors fireplace is rolling into my house every time somebody opens the door. With one air purifier running in the bedroom and one running in the living room, AMAZINGLY, there is no smoke odor in my house. Normally, when the neighbors burn wood my whole house smells like wood smoke. No wood smoke in my house is so wonderful because I can breathe without coughing, choking, sneezing, runny nose or my eyes watering. With the new Biden nomics it appears to me that people are dealing with problems paying their high cost heat bills; I am expecting more people to burn wood because here, they can cut it for themselves for free. I ordered a third air purifier to have on hand, just in case it is needed for any reason.

Quite noisy, cheap plastic design makes lock hard to use. However..

The filter locks are at the bottom but the design and the materials used for it are so cheap that they start to wear and tear very quickly after a few months. The locks also don't lock properly. It's a hassle to use; avoid this product. The other design is bigger but can be put towards a wall to save space, and is generally more quiet than this version. Since writing this review they have sent me a replacement of a newer design. The support is good but I didn't feel comfortable with them sending it to my email rather than the message system built into Amazon.

Four star product

It’s really good. I haven’t used it for quite a long time. It filters the air well but not perfectly , I gave it a four star because my neighbour used some horrible perfume which filtered into my room I had to turn on the air purifier and slept on waking up after two hours I could not notice the smell any longer. But when I did some cooking at home because I live in a studio flat the aroma was still lingering around the room even with the purifier on it took some time before it went away. It’s a good one but I still retain one star
