LOVE!!

I love this light fixture and would give it ten stars if I could. It came packed well with no damage. My husband had it up in less than 20 minutes. I have it in a stairwell, 8 feet off the stair. I put 60W, soft light, LED's in the fixture and it is perfect. The stairwell gets really dark at night because the only light comes from the window in the front door. I took a chance ordering online and could not be happier with it. The quality was excellent, it is assembled well, with no globs of material holding it together. All seams were smooth and finished. It came with all the necessary parts. I will look at this company again when it is time to redo bedroom light fixtures.

Simple but modern

We were looking for a smaller chandelier for our foyer and this fit perfectly. I like the bronze look. We got the filament lightbulbs to complete the look. It was a great replacement for the brass and glass that was previously there!

Not just for industrial use!

I needed to replace a living room flush mounted fixture, circa 1970 and looking like it. I previously obtained a standing floor lamp similar to this item, and thought they would be a good pairing. They are. Note that this item comes with a rather long chain, but I decided not to use the chain, so it is almost flush mounted. It comes with 3 sockets, candelabra base. I used LED 40 w equivalent and they provide plenty of light. I'd give this 5 stars, except for the installation. True, the manufacturer sugests that you have an electrician put it up, but seriously, I've replaced plenty of fixtures before. The instructions that came with this unit were a bit difficult to understand, and as a result, I had it ALMOST mounted when I realized that the electric cord needed to be fed through the piece holding the lamp up BEFORE attaching the wires. So I had to take it down and do it again. Total time spent was about an hour 15. But I'm quite happy with the result.

Good Qualty Lamp Fixture

This fixture seems to be very well made. I'm a bit nervous when I can't touch them or look at them and see the workmanship firsthand, but this one passes the 'Greystoke' test. My concern was whether or not the various welds holding it together would be simple spot welds or a full weld at each joint. These welds all appear to be a full weld at each joint and that to me indicates a better quality product. The unit comes with all of the hardware to perform a typical ceiling installation, although it does not include any bulbs. If you're going to install as a swag light as I am, you will need an additional swag light installation kit. The chain which is included with the unit measured at 47" end to end making it too short for a typical swag installation. The look of the lamp is is certainly on par with the high quality lamps I'd been shopping for and the coloration is very evenly distributed with no blotches or bare spots. If you're not as familiar and handy at this sort of installation as some of us from the trades are, you really should get a professional to do the install.

High quality construction- and it looks GREAT

I love the look of this 12 inch orb pendant chandelier. We recently redecorated, getting rid of all the old “oak and brass” look from our 1980s home. This was a perfect replacement for one of our chandeliers. I’ve been looking for something with more of an old-world feel that would allow me to keep a three flame-shaped E12 light bulb arrangement. This unit is perfect. Best for me: there is no glass, so I don’t have to worry about cleaning it without leaving streaks! LIKES: + Dimmable! + It comes with nearly 5 feet of chain so you can put it just about anywhere. Just adjust to whatever length you want. + High quality build. So many products these days are cheaply assembled. This one is not. The welds are all solid and I don’t think it will come apart. I can’t think of any dislikes, other than the clarity of the instructions. I recommend you read the instructions all the way through if you’re installing this yourself. If you're having a professional install it, this probably won't be an issue. And once it's up, it looks GREAT. Highly recommended!
