Great for Heavy Chewers
We love this. The kids and I can play football with the dogs and not have to be concerned about them tearing up the ball. Bought every one from Nerf. They are small and not durable. This one is kid-sized and super durable. Bought another one just in case this one gets lost.

Fun to throw
This football is great, it doesn’t deflate when punctured and is a good size for dogs. Very similar in size to a kids mini football.

The media could not be loaded. It's quite literally Chaandji's favorite toy. She's a 10 month old American Bully who loves to catch balls- or at least she enjoys running away with the football like she just made the winning touchdown. She may actually think the game is to keep the ball away from me. The football bounces unpredictably compared to the Jolly soccer ball so it keeps her guessing. It doesn't seem to hold up as well as the soccer ball, but it is easier to throw and kick in a small area. Ours is now full of teeth punctures but still works great. It can handle a lot of chewing, but it is NOT a chew toy. It is hollow and if collapsed you can squeeze it back into shape and resume the fun!

Its not un poppable
My German Shepherd has managed to chew on it so much that it wont go back to shape and has almost chewed a chunk out of it.

our playful chewer's favorite ball (and mine too!)
Our 100lb newfie/retriever carries this around and chews on it CONSTANTLY. It usually takes him about a month to make it flexible enough to damage it at all or put his first hole in it, and he continues to use it happily for many months after that. It only stops retaining its shape or being throwable after several months of hard use. (Picture a large jaw using it like gum. This same jaw crushes rawhides without needing to soften them up first.) We buy a fresh set of these balls about once a year. It keeps its bright color, which makes it easy to spot in the tall grass, water, or snow. The grips make it easier to throw when it's dripping with slobber. The surface doesn't retain a whole lot of mud, so it can be an indoor/outdoor toy without too much mess. We love these and this brand in general!

Easily destroyed
I know this is supposed to be a catch and throw toy but my dogs destroyed it while we weren't playing.

Good product
This ball has some give but quickly continues to return to shape, if you were to just sit and let a strong chewing on it. I am sure they would get pieces to come off over time. But its made to be an interactive toy! And if used as so, I believe this would last a long time. My Labs like that it gives, it's not too heavy. Could be a touch softer but its not too bad and one of the, if not the best dog football I have found. It breaks in more over time I have found. I would and have bought this again.

Not as advertised. Weak toy. In the bin 5 mins after receiving.
The product I’ve received unfortunately is not what I expected. The website shows a photo of a rugby ball with the usual durable material that jolly ball use, this isn’t. The material is different and my dog has ruined it and it’s heading for the bin a short 5 minutes after receiving it. It says it’s going to be purple, the photo shows orange and it’s turned up in a red (not that this is the deal breaker) but it’s the fact that it’s not what is shown or discribed to the buyer. If only I received what was advertised, as that in the usual durable material jolly ball use would have been good. What a shame. False advertising sucks.

So far indestructible
While this probably wouldn't stand up as a chew toy to a determined dog it makes a very good alternative to a tennis ball for my dog. It's bigger, and lighter, so we can play with it indoors and even if he punctures it the ball still inflates and is good to go

Absolute rubbish.
Our ten kilo dog chewed it up in five minutes and it’s bigger than her head. I’m stunned at how poor the quality is compared to the price.
