Works fairly well and worked how I expected.

It worked the way I thought it would work. I was able to use it to wash my wife’s hair. It doesn’t work as well as it could in a low air loss mattress but I was able to still use it satisfactorily. Not disappointed that I bought it.

I can wash my own hair for the 1st time in 5 years!

I have POTS, so washing my hair is a major issue. With this, I can lie down and work slowly through it in bed without risking a collapse episode in the shower. Even though I have a shower chair, I was still getting really exhausted by the time my hair was washed. I still get in the shower to rinse it out, but all the hard work of scrubbing is done in the comfort and safety of my bed. I'm very grateful and happy I found this option.

Hopefully will last longer than the inflatable

The inflatable portable hair basin that we bought earlier this year decommissioned itself in less than half year, hopefully this replacement hair basin will last us longer than the inflatable. It’s sturdy but unfortunately very small, I wished it was wider. I like the built in middle head lift and the rubber paddings for the head and neck area and that it comes with a plug. Unfortunately there is already a leak at the connection area of the bowl and the tube after 3 months of use. The tube is flimsy and very short so I did not expect that tube to last long, thankfully there was a plug that comes with this basin but make sure you put a pad underneath the basin before using because even though it is plugged, there’s still a minor leak.

Very comfortable, no mess in the bed from washing!

Amazing! Very comfortable for me to get my hair washed since I am bedridden from a stroke and I have a broken leg right now as well. This product also has a head support inside of it to make it extra comfortable and then neck support. well worth the money.

Works great!

This tub worked great for washing Mom's hair in bed. Per other reviews, I put a small towel under her neck and she said it was fine, no discomfort. Some reviews said it leaked by the stopper so I put a wash cloth on the outside, but had no leaking issues. I spilled a little water down Mom's neck, but that was because of the way I was pouring and I'll be more careful next time. I didn't use the hose because I could easily empty the tub.

Could be deeper!

Could be deeper and the neck more contoured! The pan tends to lean forward and head does not rest in center! It would be awesome with sone modifications!

Perfect

Was exactly what I was looking for. Used this type of tray when I worked in a hospital. Simple to use and keeps the bed dry when washing hair of someone who is confined to bed.
