Numbers still on after a few times in dishwasher

This has been in the dishwasher, top rack, a few times and the numbers haven't faded at all. I make sure that everything is standing so the rubber doesn't get warped. I twist the cylinder back on and it's still working great.

Makes measuring so easy!

Peanut butter, honey...all come out with no fuss or muss. You can use it as a mise en place, just add more ingredients! It's a revelation!

Nice Product, but have to get used to it.

I purchased when using Mayo or Peanut Butter for measurements. It does do a cleaner job. Plunger will move while filling. If filling 3/4 Cup you will have to spoon in a little at a time to fill gaps then hold the 3/4 Cup mark while filling. After you get used to it its actually a really good product.

Convenient

I use this for recipes that call for measuring items like shortening, sour cream, solid ingredients that would usually be difficult to take out of a measuring cup. Easy to clean as well.

Arrived damaged

I was super excited to finally have this type of measuring cup as I've seen them in online cooking videos. Mine arrived damaged in a way that it cannot be used with any liquids/solid fats which is its main appeal. There is a vertical crack down the side as well as a chip in the plastic around the bottom of the clear portion. This product came packaged in a clear thin plastic sleeve and nothing more. If it were packed better it may have made the journey. I will be buying a new one as a return would require too much work given the low cost of the item. I live 20 miles from town so just a quick trip to the UPS store is not a thing for me. Additionally a return requires the "original packaging" which is long gone as is was just a thin plastic bag with no markings. I threw it away right away. I only noticed the crack when disassembling the item to wash before putting it away. Anyway, beware as this is a fragile item with no packing to protect it. Yours may arrive broken.

Handy and space-saving

It's handy very convenient and saves a lot of space in the drawer. However it has limited uses because the seal wears out pretty quick.

Where has this been all my life?

Just watched a lady on YT singing praises for this measuring cup and I knew I had to have it. It solves the issue of making several cups dirty and it comes completely apart for cleaning. I’m just delighted. I haven’t checked it against my other measuring cups to see how accurate it is but if I’m measuring everything here then the ratio should still be the same and that’s what truly matters to me. Not to mention that I measured cream as my first tester of how it works and I simply couldn’t get over how I didn’t end up losing that last little bit that clings to the sides of the cup because the base pushes everything out and then you can scrape the bottom of the base as it sits flush against the upper edge of the cup itself. Overall it’s like magic in a measuring cup. Hope it doesn’t lose grip overtime cuz that’s my only concern with it being a rubber gasket mechanism but maybe they’ll have replacement gaskets if that’s an issue that arises. For now, no issues only solutions. Just loving it.

Easy to use

Wish I knew these existed before. Everyone at home uses this now. Has multiple measurements on the side, I no longer need to convert the measurements which saves a lot of time.
