Not a new item and didn’t look like picture box.

This was advertised as a new item but it is obviously used. It came in a banged up, old packaging box and the puzzle pieces are in a ziploc bag. (See photos.) I have ordered these Kodak puzzles before and they come in a really sturdy box and the pieces are in a sealed bag. This kind of false advertising is totally unacceptable. A refund has been requested.
