Much, much too small

TLDR: The 0-6 month size is much, much too small We ordered the 0-6 month size in white, and while we were very excited about the design and construction of the headband, when it arrived, it wouldn’t stretch to fit our 1-week old. We measured the band, and at its furthest stretch, it was 7” long, for a total of 14” around. Wondering, “Is our baby’s head just gigantic? How could our 1-week old be too big for a 6-month old’s headband?”, we did a quick search. (We’re new parents, so we’re in full swing crazy mode when it comes to making sure our kid is within ranges. My guess is, if you’re reading this, you might be too. Hi!) Turns out, this data is readily available on the CDC’s website! Lo and behold, the average head circumference for a two-week old female is 14.1”. “0-6 months” with a 14” headband might be a reach. Now, things run small sometimes, we get it. But in order to check on if we had just received a defective band, we called L’ovedbaby to check on their sizes. They didn’t seem to understand our problem, stating that they had never had complaints, which seems odd given, you know, geometry. We expected something more along the lines of “Oh, good to know, thanks. The next size up is x inches”, but didn’t really get that answer. All in all, the product was way too small and the L’ovedbaby customer service was poor. Returned.

Not as stretchy as expected

Very cute, however we will see if this will actually fit my baby's head after she arrives in September. These are much less stretchy than I would expect in a headband and it seems like they will either be too tight/small or they will fit but then stretch out and not "bounce back" and then be too loose after wearing for a bit. That being said, the fabric is soft and the headband is cute. There are fairly large tags inside that I would remove before placing on your baby's head, they seem like they'd be scratchy and bothersome. I will try and remember to update once our baby arrives and we can try them on.

SIZEING IS VERY OFF etc....

Let me start by saying that the feel of the material seems good.. I also purchased another one. (same brand, same size) but in a different color. "HERE'S THE PROBLEM"... They are 1 inch different in size" !! The Coral color is 4 inch's long and the Purple is 5 inches long.. This is a big difference when your dealing with a baby's head. I can't and don't sew, which leaves me to have to "pay" someone to fix the purple one(the longer one).. I "would of" been buying more of these to match the onsies but I don't like the fact that the sizing is so OFF..

Sizing is a big problem

I ordered 2 sizes not knowing which would fit my daughter for 4th of July. 1 was so small I think her head was too big for it the moment she was born and the other was way too big. They aren't very stretchy so I had to return both and go with another product. 2 stars only because they seemed to be good quality if you could get them to fit.

Sizing is Completely Off

Headband is adorable and soft. I am only giving it four stars because the sizing is way off. My daughter is 8 months old and I had to send the 6-12 month headband back and exchange it for the 12-18 month headband.

Super cute, fits my 3 month old niece

Super cute, fits my 3 month old niece. I love that it's not a huge bow on her head but still helps her look like a girl. The headband is nice and soft too and wide enough so it doesn't feel like it's constricting. The only thing I would change is that there is a tag on the inside and outside. The tag inside should be removed so it doesn't touch the baby's head.

Way, way too small

I am so sad to be leaving a poor review for these precious headbands, and I'm so sad they didn't work out. I ordered size 6-12 months for my 3 month old after reading reviews that they run small. My daughter does have a slightly larger head (60%) but I expected these to fit at least for a few months. They were too small for her already so I'm having to return them.

True to size and very comfortable!!!

Love it!!! I bought my 2 month old baby a 0-6 and it fits her perfectly, even a little bit loose which I don’t mind at all.
