There are two designs one can build, but the instructions don't point that out.

This is a nice model, well thought out. Its descriptions says that it comes in premolded colory but a little painting makes it look a lot better. The size of the model is not given in its description; it is a little large for my layout, but it works. It is a good deal for the price.

Not for beginners/ extremely vague instructions. 11 steps total ????????‍♀️

If you’ve never put a model together in your life like me, I do not recommend starting with this one or this brand. Don’t get me wrong they have great models they just aren’t for the beginner especially this one that has extra parts they don’t explain and have parts that don’t simply fold together as it says on step 9 of step 11 total. I quit working on it and went and have done many others then I came back to this one. Out of the dozen I have put together this one was by far the worst when it comes to directions because not everything is self explanatory. First review: Maybe I should have read the reviews first like I normally do but don’t know why I didn’t on this one but at least I now know I’m not the only one who didn’t get the flag and I have extra parts that I’m not sure I could make them work if I wanted them to. I haven’t attempted to put it together yet as I’m still on step 1 of their very short and vague directions and that’s comparing the pieces in your kit with the drawing. Make sure you know where each piece fits?!@&:/-;?? I have a flight of stairs which is good since it’s 2 story building but I’m guess I can put wherever I have enough glue to make it fit?? Because there’s no stairs in the drawing anywhere? Considering I’ve never put a model together in my life and the description said it was easy with number pieces what would make one think it would be difficult? As long as the glue that I bought is as great as it sounds then I won’t have any problems getting pieces together! Boy I’m really starting to second guess my thinking since I have a fire station, restaurant and few others still in the box awaiting to be put together ????????‍♀️ If directions or picture was tad more detailed and explained extra parts/missing parts it would have received more stars. If I get it together and it looks anything like the police station I’ll update this post

Instructions not entirely clear.

Overall it will make a nice addition however, it comes with parts that are not shown on box or instructions such as a different front that can be used and a small shed that is not shown where it would go. Also, there were some small parts shown on the instructions that I could not find or identify in the kit.

Could be imporved

I bought this for my nephew for Christmas. The buildings are really cute, but putting them together is a little difficult. You must like to do crafts. His mother is putting them together for him and using super glue instead of the glue that is in the kit. I think if the product had a better glue it would be much better. Other than that, he loves it. I will probably get the airport for him for his birthday.

Difficult to put together

This model was difficult to put together. The parts were not labeled very well and the directions were very vague. I don't think I would buy this type of model again.
