Comfortable cotton knee brace

Don't understand why this soft item needed to be mailed in three layers of bubble wrap. It fits OK, cotton so much more comfortable than other braces with synthetic fabrics. Hem had started to come apart, which made me question whether the item was 'new ' . Actually fits better after I unraveled the rest of both hems.

When I put it on (which took some effort) I felt like it was cutting off my circulation in my thigh ...

I ordered this product hoping it would be the right size, as the posting did not list size or measurements for this particular item. The box that these come in do list measurements, and according to the box I did order the right size. I guess these are made for people with skinny legs. When I put it on (which took some effort) I felt like it was cutting off my circulation in my thigh and in my calf. I know they are supposed to fit snug against my knee, but not to the point that it causes more pain and discomfort. I am definitely sending this back.
