My first pair lasted for close to a decade

Nothing much to say. I bought some years ago and they held up well to my figure skating falls 3 days a week. The fabric eventually got some holes and they didn't look great, but even when slightly compressed after all these years, they protected me pretty well. It was only once I started doing bigger jumps that I realized I needed a fresh pair to offer more protection. They're great, especially for things like figure skating and dance because they're so low profile that they don't ruin your line. (fyi: they feel REALLY snug, or even too tight at first, even if you got the right size, but they acquire 'give' pretty quickly after being taken for a spin.)

I love the light weight and the knee- conforming pads! but they don't seem to stay in place.

Size chart inaccurate

Measured elbow at joint, chart indicated I needed a small. Ordered a medium anyway. Medium was too tight and had to return. Product seemed like good quality and useful overall.

First pair lasted 5 + years

These pads are excellent. They are priced low enough to replace every year, my first set lasted 5. This is with daily use under work pants. They are really comfortable and the break in period was a day or two. No pinching the back of my legs. I'm a commercial carpenter and these are light enough to not even notice. They aren't hard by any means so they won't save you from sharp or small and hard objects, but just getting down on your knees to work, look, grab whatever, your knees will thank you.

Perfect for basketball

My son uses these at basketball. It has saved him time and time again from abrasions to the knees. Very flexible and very durable.

True to Size

I ordered a size medium for my 13 year-old and it was too small. I should have measured her knee first. These only last a few months before my girls get holes in them from playing basketball.

Excellent lightweight, comfortable

Excellent lightweight, comfortable, strong, well made item which I actually use as a shin pad for football games with friends, although I would definitely use it as a knee or elbow pad if I needed to protect or support any sort of injury. In fact I have just ordered another pair to use when the current ones become worn, just in case they stop making them !

Light and non bulky

Overall happy so far.

I ordered these very specifically because I wanted some light-medium knee protection for martial arts practices where we are on our knees quite a bit, but I did not want to feel constrained or sweaty. I am very happy with the product given that it was an internet order so I couldn't try them on first. The padding is sufficient for my use and the light weight breathable fabric doesn't not hold the sweat. They have a lot of stretch so can fit a wide range of sizes but the tricky part for me was figuring out just the right size as I did not want them to feel tight. I am a pretty slim female and went with a medium, which are fine but I would not want them any tighter for my purposes. I would have been interested to know what a large felt like for comparison if I had a chance to try to them on in advance of buying. Overall happy so far.

Tried these for work where I'm constantly crawling around on my knees I have to say they seem great so far really comfortable and do what I need from them ..wish I brought some years ago
